Good hotel with good amenities food was not good for vegetarians other than that everything is good

This hotel seems to have been good in the past, but has been completely neglected, it has so much potential if the owners just put on a fresh coat of paint, pressure clean their bathrooms, clean their outdoors regularly for cobwebs! Unfortunately the area outside the hotel streets are also neglected and littered with trash, they should push the city to cleanup as well. On the positive side staff is very polite, food is good in their restaurant and the swimming pool is good to hang out. The guests were annoyingly loud till 3 am and we couldn’t sleep most of the nights, wish staff would be strict on keeping quite timings on the premises.

Nice property but could have been maintained well. Hygiene is the major issue. May be the reason could be that it is only 200 metres away from the beach and therefore the guests go to the beach and come back barefoot, bringing dust ***** with them. Whatever may be the reason, it is expected that the hotel of this calibre should ensure complete neatness and hygienic conditions throughout the property. A number of tourists visit this property and the ambience and the variety at the coffee shop also needs substantial upgradation. Good for a short stay.

Hello, Don't Trust on *The golden crown resort*. We booked hotel room a month ago which is of Pool facing but when we entered in the hotel and they asked us to stay in other corner room and gave reason that other room is completely full. But that corner room was too too *Dirty* it was my very *bad experience* yet about The golden crown resort. Whole *Garbage* of resort was stored in front of our room, complete room was *smelling too much bad*, Even there were lots of *Mosquitoes* in the room and we needed drinking water so we asked for room service guy even he not approached to us so finally we went to filled water bottle at the End. Frankly Speaking in my whole life it was my *worst experience* with The golden crown resort. So think 100 times before booking any room over here. *Even you can see all photoes & Videos in Attachment that clicked by me while staying over there*. Thanks 🙏🏻

It was a last minute decision to take a trip to Goa with my family (3 adults + 1 Child) and decided to book this hotel having looked at their website. I booked in for 4 nights all paid upfront based on this. To all travellers to this hotel please do not be fooled by the pictures on the website as they are no way a true reflection to reality. Also, this is also not a reflection of any of the staff members we came across as they were all good but this directly aimed for the owners of the hotel. On arrival(17.08.23), checkin was smooth and we were shown to the 2 rooms we had booked. On entering the room my heart sank as we walked in to be greeted to a sight as you will see from the pictures attached. Everything from bedroom to bathroom was in not to fit to stay purpose. I immediately went to the front desk and aired my complain to which I was given staff member to show my complain was about. I was then offered to be shown 2 other rooms but again both of them were in no different state to the one we were already allocated. Hence, within the first half hour we decided we would sleep it in in check out the next morning as it was almost getting close to midnight. In the morning we decided to have breakfast as it was included in the package and again we were disappointed with what was available on offer and the time it took for get the food we ordered from the live counter. After breakfast I approached the ***ager in charge and explained the situation and my decision to check out. I was offered to go view one of the more premium rooms that is served for the VIP guest to which my wife and I did. It was a very very slight improvement to what we had the previous night and our decision to check out stood. I spoke to the ***ager to see if I could get a partial refund on my payment but was told it was hotel policy on no refund as it was all conducted online which was quite disappointing as it was not such substantial amount. I decided to swallow the bitter pill as I was not going to let my family spend another day in the hotel. Again to re-iterate this is not a reflection on the staff but directly aimed tot he owners of the hotel. You need to update your website profile so as not to mislead travellers. The whole hotel needs an overhaul and reality check.

We stayed here in the first week of Feb 2023. We were two families in two rooms. Don’t stay here if you want a peaceful holiday. The location is really bad, it’s on a dusty by lane which is closer to the smelly fishermen’s beach than the public beach. Our stay was a nightmare. The rooms were not clean, bathrooms were stinking of puke and dirty. The tub was stained. The room has cobwebs. The AC was not working. The AC vents were dirty. We had to clean the water glasses ourselves. We didn’t dare use the glass bottles of aero water after seeing the state of the room. They spent both of our two nights finding the AC. We couldn’t visit the beach before the heat of the day because of this delay. Our dinner was delayed on both days till 10 pm while they “fixed the AC” on the second night they moved us to another room at 10 pm after we complained about the delay. No where did we see any staff cleaning the areas around the rooms and the pool area. It was dirty all the time. The breakfast buffet was very average. Just some eggs, dosa and a few Indian dishes ***** with cereals and a few pathetic pineapple and watermelon. They served coffee which smelled of burned milk. This was changed after we complained. The pool was supposed to be open from 7 am to 7 pm but the better part of the early morning and evening we saw the “pool closed” sign. We could not use the pool before the hot sun came up because of this. We paid above RS 4000 per day for this horrible experience

very bad hotel with all scam and they trying over charges with us .i never recommed this hotel to any one ,all the hotel staff are cheater , they not have restaurant .food also not good room are so dirty ,

Terrible Hotel. Terrible Service. Terrible ***agement. Do yourselves a favour and stay away from this property. Im appalled that such properties still exist without any sense of what hospitality means.

Room amenities very unhygienic- dirty sheets, fungal clothesline in bathroom, dirty bathtub to name a few. Water flow is so slow that it takes an eternity to bathe properly! Severely understaffed and restaurant food is just about ok. Thoroughly unrecommended.
