This property is highly maintained. Ambience was nice. Usp will be swimming pool. Very much clean. I will give 4 star rating. 1 less due to poorly maintained indoor games

Stay was good food is good, quantity of food in al-carte is little less good stay, kids enjoyed the place. Classic and rooms are little smaller

Located very close to mahabaleshwar market and maintained well with serene atmosphere with lots of trees within the property, rooms were well maintained and received good support from the hotel team

Hotel location, cleanliness are good. Breakfast was very delicious. But no hot water for bathroom as the wheather was cold they did not provide hot water.

1. Hotel staff especially manager sitting on front desk in afternoon are extremely stubborn and rude. 2. Dont have basic manners
3. Apply wrong extra charges on kids who are hardly 3 years of age and does not allow to check in until proof is shown
4. Room service is also average
5. Rooms are very small as compared to shown tariff
6. Gardens have much mosquito's in eve as no fumigation is done. Makes difficult to roam in eve.

Visit to mahabaleshwar excellent service. Staff very obliging. Rooms well maintained with all modcons. Would recommend the hotel.

The size of room is so poor and charges are take of 4 year baby its not fare i think so i think its not that much worth to stay
