The apartment is spacious and good in location, close to shopping malls. Check in process using online platform is easy and smooth. Bob is helpful and response very fast to enquiry. Instant camera and yoga mat are available inside the room and free to use😍. However, it's a bit noisy especially during night time.🥲

You can hear every tiny noise from the whole area. It says the room condition is quiet. Not the noise from the whole aisle. Had to move for the next place after 2 nights. Also quite cold.

My stay at Bob was very pleasant. At the beginning I struggled a bit with the check in since I wasn’t familiar with their fully automated service but once I figured out how that worked everything went smooth. I loved that they have a partnership with a well equipped gym so I was able to workout during my stay there. Location is very convenient and after I checked out they let me keep me keep my luggage at their storage room for the rest of the day. I would stay with them again and I really recommend it!

The hotel is clean, centrally located, and a 3-minute walk from the metro. Everything is convenient and comfortable.

The hotel's hot water is indeed problematic; it's only enough for one person to shower for about seven or eight minutes. Other amenities are very complete: cutlery, plates, and a microwave are provided in the rooms. There are communal washing machines with laundry detergent provided free of charge.

The location is perfect. The staff's attention to every situation was excellent.

How could Ctrip offer such a deceptive hotel? This is the worst place I've ever stayed in. It's totally unworthy of a thousand yuan for such a place! 1️⃣ There's no obvious hotel signage outside, and I couldn't find it at all. I wandered around in what looked like a residential building with my luggage, but couldn't find it. I asked people nearby, but they didn't know where it was either. Finally, I found a small sign on a large iron gate! 2️⃣ You have to enter the code four times to get in: once for the main door, once for the small door, once for the elevator to the hallway, and once for the room. That's two codes! It's incredibly cumbersome! 3️⃣ There's no front desk, no service at all, and the soundproofing is so poor that I could hear my neighbor snoring! 4️⃣ The room was filthy and messy. There was a lot of dirt on the quilt. We weren't allowed to check in until after 3 p.m., and the lighting was so poor that I didn't notice it until the next morning. It was disgusting. There were holes in the sheets. I asked for new ones, but they smelled and made me itch all over when I slept. The so-called king bed was actually two smaller beds pushed together, with a gap in the middle and two quilts placed in it. It was truly bizarre! 5️⃣ The room wasn't cleaned. I contacted them via WhatsApp and they said it hadn't been cleaned since I'd stayed less than 7 days. The floor and bathroom were incredibly filthy. The hotel didn't even have slippers, so I was glad I brought my own to avoid stepping on the dirty floor. This is my first negative review. It's so worthless. I feel like I've been ripped off by Ctrip's VIP program!

The public kitchen provides fruits, milk, soy milk, etc. that can be taken according to personal needs. You can boil water and brew coffee with a French press in the room.
