Tired hotel , in need of inves**ent. Very old fashioned . Standards are poor, and cut costs wherever they can e.g. no free Wi-Fi, furniture from 1970’s , jacuzzi in swim area not heated, charge for parking even though garage is empty, The whole place feels desperate against all the other local options. Good location near Spinole Lift , if only someone had 10m to spend …..

We stayed in this hotel for New Year's Eve and the dinner in the theater was a really nice surprise! Dated hotel but in the context of Madonna di Campiglio it fits! Excellent cleanliness and very friendly staff. Organization and entertainment like all IGV villages therefore a guarantee. Simple and good food, especially breakfast. Stunning location. Highly recommended for families.

Weekend as a couple with the terrible girlfriend, we booked a room for Saturday evening for €265 with breakfast, paid parking €20, sauna not included €5 per person for use (sauna very old but working, wi-fi not including €6 per person for use, rooms that are thirty years old and with radiators that were boiling hot and we tried to turn them off immediately at 6pm but since they were so old they didn't cool down before 7am on Sunday so sleeping was almost impossible (we pointed this out to the reception but the answer was just turn them anti-clockwise and they will turn off, which was done on our part but they did not turn off.) swimming pool and gym closed due to covid but sauna open because it is managed by a external company. I conclude with a disco under the rooms and therefore we didn't sleep at all. And here I wonder, gym and swimming pool closed due to covid but disco open??? ***
Having pointed out these things to the receptionist she replied that they are not our problems... well!
Very good breakfast.
I advise anyone who wants to go to Madonna di Campiglio (magnificent place) not to come to this hotel because it will ruin their holiday!

Siamo ritornati in questo hotel nel cuore di Madonna di Campiglio. Posizione strategica e per noi perfetta. A due passi dal centro e dalle varie cabinovie abbiamo visitato i vari rifugi e trascorso piacevoli giornate. L'hotel anche se un po' datato è molto pulito, accoglie sempre splendide collezioni d'arte e lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile. La nostra camera al 4 piano era molto spaziosa, con un bel balcone relax con vista sulle dolomiti. Il buffet era molto inclusivo e vario e con proposte senza glutine o vegane. L'unico neo forse la temperatura troppo calda delle 2 piscine con idromassaggio, per il resto noi siamo stati molto bene.

Hotel molto antico e perciò un po' datato, però ben tenuto e molto pulito. Il personale è gentilissimo e molto professionale. Stanze di media grandezza. Buonissima posizione, in centro e vicino agli impianti. Piccoli nei: Televisore davvero piccolo in stanza. Deposito sci/scarponi non riscaldato. Non una grande scelta a cena.

Se non fosse per il posto , varrebbe poco più di una pensione , SPA difficile trovare aggettivi , rimessa sci desueta , nell’incuria più totale, camere diciamo posti letto , ristorazione tipo catering aziendale , forse il mini club giustifica in parte il costo , per chi ne usufruisce , gli animatori c’è la mettono tutta , inutile dire altro.
