Location: 1km from Metro Station with plenty of restaurants and services at street level e.g. Spa, KT
Service: Housekeeping provided but neglected to refill enough toiletries and water for guests.
Cleanliness: Floor could have used a mop but otherwise acceptable.
Amenities: Good for the price. Highlights include a massive TV, fridge and washing machine.

這次去洛陽賞牡丹花，是提前半個月預訂的賓館，在攜程網上發現這家公寓是22年裝修的並且顯示評分是5分，就毫不擾豫的訂了7天的2個大床房，在3月27日又和客服確認了訂單，在4月1日下午到洛陽，打電話聯繫客服辦理入住時，客服説忘記這個訂單了，現在沒有房間，讓我們取消訂單，我們都是60多歲的兩個老年人，經過艱難的協商，解決了兩個房間入住，可是房間裏沒有網絡、沒有電視、沒有燒水壺，衞生也很差，更不可思意的是有一個房間床上沒有床墊，還好有個長沙發，晚上就睡在沙發上，7天沒有打掃過一次衞生。因為我們是老年人出門在外，為了身體健康，旅遊有個好心情，也沒有再和客服去理論，其實這個公寓各方麪條件特別差，感覺是臨時拼湊的幾個房間，門鑰匙🔑都是最原始的，就是個三無店鋪--黑店。剛開始評分是5分，現在又顯示2分，有評分造假嫌 疑……
