Beautiful hotel with a fantastic breakfast. We were a little frustrated at check in as we had paid for a more expensive room that wasn't ready on time so they tried to give us a lower end room under the false claim that it was an upgrade when it was in fact a downgrade. Additionally the pool was a public one located off site from the hotel. It was a nice facility but it would have been good to know as I almost went in my bathrobe which would have been an awkward walk around the block. With this minor issues we still had a nice and enjoyable stay.

The room was very good. Zhou He at the front desk was warm and thoughtful. The room was quite large. The invoice was also issued in advance. The facilities were complete. There was free afternoon tea. Parking was also free. It was convenient for travel. The subway was also very close. The shopping mall and the room were good. I would like to stay here again.
