Very close to train station and Holstentor. Room is small but neat. Worth the price

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the central station and about 10 minutes from the center. The check-in process if done outside reception hours is easy to use, although there is a lot of data to enter that could be done in advance. The room is spacious and comfortable, despite being next to the train tracks there is no discomfort whatsoever. I couldn't park in the hotel parking lot because it was full, but you can park nearby. Highly recommended.

Everything was as described, even a free underground parking space, which is not mentioned anywhere. Unfortunately, you cannot book breakfast immediately through Trip and if the hotel is fully booked, you usually cannot book or get breakfast on site. In this case, only competent staff can usually help.

This was my first time staying at this hotel chain, and it was better than I expected. First of all, the front desk was friendly and I had no problems checking in. The room was well cleaned, and the towels were clean as well. The meals were also low-priced and more than satisfactory. I will make this hotel chain my first choice from now on.

The room is spacious and quite modern with the essentials. Bed comfortable. Check-in at night at the machine worked wonderfully. Great if you arrive late by train to Lübeck. I didn't book breakfast. Overall very good value for money!

Good day So the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities/bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. Bad musty smells came out of the shower/sink drain, equivalent to a blockage that persisted even after the shower (should the sanitary specialist do it). Ventilation because the air filter was very dirty.The breakfast was also very disappointing, we would have liked a warm portion with scrambled eggs + sausages, so the price/performance ratio of 10.50 euros 💶 per not worth it.No trash can in the room/no telephone/late Evening construction noise on the window side.Sleeping area is ok.So we will not recommend this hotel 🏨 or book it again, as there are better B and B houses with a lot of room for improvement. Excellent new and clean structure with parking included a few steps from the center. Staff very helpful and courteous.

For this price could be better. The room very small. Mattress and pillow was very soft. After that I have back pain. There was a lot of dust, you have to open windows often. Construction site everywhere. For one night, but no longer. I do not recommend this hotel. Cleanliness and a good mattress are important to me, everything else is not.

Easy parking and great service. The rooms were big and clean! Very nice. Can recommend!

Great location and perfect parking conditions. Very good beds. And good and plentiful breakfast. Will definitely stay there again.

In walking distance from the center of the town, easy check in, good breakfast.

Moderately priced hotel just outside of the old town. One can walk to the entrance of the old town in less than one kilometer. Parking in the basement is possible, but due to construction equipment spaces were quite limited. (Construction is to be completed by the end of May 2023, per the desk clerk). Rooms are quite small, but designed to function well. Pleasantly decorated. We did not partake of the breakfast available for 10 euros each.
