Sada Hotel

Luang Prabang|0.49km from Kaysone Phomvihane Monument
Sada Hotel was beautiful! The staff was welcoming and very happy to see us although their Engish was limited. They walked us into a courtyard past the coy pond and up a flight of stairs to our suite. Our entrance overlooked the big swimming pool. We opened the door to an expansive room with beautiful old furniture, a gorgeous wooden floor, and a full wall of floor to ceiling windows. One window was actually a door to the balcony which overlooked the courtyard and coy pond and ran the length of our room. It had two chairs and a table. In the room was a large bed that was very comfortable. There was a good deal of storage in the furniture. The furniture included a desk and chair and a table set for dinner with two chairs. There were also two casual chairs and a coffee table where we watched TV until we realized there was little in English. The staff put fruit on the coffee table daily. In the armoire were two robes. The bathroom included a shower, a soaking tub and a sink. Breakfast was included and was served in a beautiful dining rom on the first floor. The pool was warm and clean and empty of guests when we were there. About a mile away is a night market which includes a large eating space with numerous food vendors and many food choices. It is walkable if you can walk about a mile in the heat, but tuk-tuks are easily found and very inexpensive. Have Lao money in small amounts to pay. A tuk-tuk to the night market was about $3.00 or as much as $5.00 when they picked us up in the pouring rain. Sada was peaceful and relaxing and the price was very reasonable.

The decoration of the hotel is very beautiful, the hardware is full, the service is not good, the first two nights stayed in another hotel for 400 yuan a night, a cold drink is delivered to the room every day, there is nothing here. Bottled water is a glass bottle, can not be drunk to take away, playing the slogan of environmental protection. Booked a two-night big bed room, with the child to add an extra bed, 30 dollars per night, 800 yuan a night, the price is not high. Because I have been in Luang Prabang for 3 days, I want to ask if the hotel can check out the second night, I plan to go to Vientiane for 2 days. The reply at the front desk was that no consumption could be checked out, but Trip.com needed to agree. Trip.com told the hotel to implement it. Implementing the next, the hotel manager did not agree, I felt a little incredible, why did the front desk not say that the manager needed to agree, now the manager did not agree. In order not to lose 800 yuan, we continue to live. The next day I knew the reason. There were so many rooms in the whole hotel, but our family lived, and the whole hotel was completely packaged. I only saw 4 families the day before. So it is conceivable that the price is not high. Hotel managers should spend more time considering why such a high vacancy rate and how to improve the hotel's service, otherwise it will be a table.

A very good stay experience. A Nice Trip. The hotel is located opposite the Luang Prabang Provincial Administrative Center. The hotel has a total of 24 rooms, which are small but beautiful. Fo and Dm at the front desk were very professional and gave a very complete introduction to the entire hotel's facilities and introduced me to the room. The hotel swimming pool is well maintained and there are safety guards during the day. The Maison Suite I stayed in this time has a balcony, directly above the lobby.

The environment is clean and the hotel facilities are very complete, including a laundry room, a gym, and a swimming pool. I have to say that the service of this hotel is really good. From the moment you check in, a waiter will bring you water. For tourists who want to go there to play, I think this hotel is a good choice. I personally think it is better than the Internet celebrity hotel. Many of the waiters in this hotel can speak Chinese, so there is no problem in communication. Free airport pick-up and drop-off: There is a free airport pick-up and drop-off service, which is still very nice. The hotel also has a pick-up and drop-off service, that is, you can call the hotel car to take you wherever you want to go out, and send a message to them directly after playing, and a car will come to pick you up. You can save a lot of money. The hotel is right by the Mekong River, and you can watch the sunset at the hotel, which is very comfortable and cozy.

Nice setting with lotus ponds and bridge, lots of trees, flowers, gravel winding paths and hidden seating areas. The pool is small but had lots of available comfy seating and was very clean. Breakfast is in a beautiful setting and the service and food were excellent. The menu has lots of options. Excellent service from reception to housekeeping - the complimentary water, fruit baskets and night time cookies were appreciated. Free bicycle hire and reception can organise trips. The location is okay, a 5-10 minute walk to the main area but that gives you an experience of local life as you pass through the narrow streets. There was some road noise - motorbikes etc but im not sure where you can avoid this in Luang Prabang or even SE Asia. If you are bothered by it, ear plugs will be useful. No noise from any neighbours. The room was a good size with a big balcony overlooking the gardens. Lots of stuff provided e.g toiletries, safe, tea, 3 in 1 coffee - you don't need to bring. (Cant remember seeing a razor but tbh hotel ones are never good so i bring my own). TIP: try not to rely on ATMs here, the charges are expensive. Either bring your own currency and exchange at one of the banks here (i got a good rate) or bring Kip. Many places also accept Thai baht and some US $. The hotel has water so being mosquito spray (housekeeping also offered this).

Excellent value for money, warm service, a small pool. I like their waiter so much, they are very warm. Breakfast is very comfortable, rice noodles, fried eggs, bread. The room has a small balcony. The location is also better. Recommended to live.
