Very friendly and helpful staff. Everytime I asked them something, they were more than willing to help in anyway they could. The room was lovely and very reasonably priced. The only very minor downside was that breakfast was a little bit limited for someone with quite a lot of food allergies, but the staff could make adaptions to the menu to try and cater for these. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Luang Prabang.

Really lovely accommodation. Pricier than others for what you get but you can use the free bicycles.
A bit strange that they don’t have hand towels so that was frustrating.
Enjoyed the local breakfast.

Excellent Hotel in Luang Prubang,recently refurbished so all the facilities are clean and well presented. Staff at the hotel are extremely helpful. The selection and quality of the Breakfast is good too.

Location: City center, Luang Prabang Railway Station can be reached by bus from the city center. The hotel is close to the road but not on the road, relatively quiet.

Service: The front desk service attitude is good, patiently and skillfully communicate with us using translation software, which makes it relatively easy for us who do not understand Lao. The hotel also provides free bicycles, which are very convenient without the need for formalities. We rode this bicycle to the Qingchang Alms Point.

The young man at the front desk is a Thai. Although he does not speak Chinese, he has WeChat and can communicate smoothly in English after adding friends. He is very enthusiastic and helped us answer many questions. He also gave us two glasses of watermelon juice in the afternoon.
The room is spacious and clean, but the light shielding is not very good and the toilet is a bit blocked. Breakfast is a semi-buffet. After ordering one day in advance, it will be delivered to the door of the room the next morning. It is rich and tastes good.
