Staying at this resort is the last stop of the Lao trip. I spent a very memorable two nights. We prefer it here compared to the hotel in the town. Room equipment: We live in a tent by the river. Pay attention to the zipper to prevent mosquitoes in and out, except for toothbrushes to the front desk. No phone, all contact depends on the resort's own app, other facilities are complete. Activities experience: Pay during your stay to experience kayaking, sunset cruises and massages. The kayaking experience is great, the guide is very professional and the scenery is beautiful along the way, a total of two hours, the price is 25$/person (excluding service fee); The sunset cruise is a long-tailed boat with guides and boatmen. There are no other tourists. The scenery along the way is quiet and beautiful, about 45 minutes, 18$/person, including a cocktail. We also experienced a boat by the Mekong River for 42$/person, which is different compared to each other. Dining: Vegetables are farmed by themselves, the price is reasonable, the taste is very good, Western and local cuisines are beyond expectations. Travel: The resort is close to the airport, ten minutes drive from the town, 20 minutes drive from the train station, there is a free tutu car transfer, the shift is not too much, there are also motorcycles to rent (of course the price is much higher than the town). In short, if you come to Luang Prabang next time, you will still choose here.

We stayed in Le Juliana Hotel in May 2023, we were welcomed by local staffs who were kind and attentionate. The hotel is peaceful and very relaxing. The room had all was needed with a nice bath and shower. The view of the room onto the garden was amazing. The breakfast was very tasty’ copious and colourful :-) . A special thank you to the manager Oscar, who very kind and made us feel home and helped us out with all our requests. We would highly recommend a stay at Le Palais Juliana. Chisa & Paolo

I don’t usually write reviews and was very skeptical about this hostel when I booked it since it’s so low cost (I paid USD $15 for 3 nights including taxes). I took a chance on it due to all the prior/raving reviews... so here I am writing one in case you have the same doubt! This is a relatively newly opened hostel and on my arrival, Mr Lai Lee put me in a separate room so I can have some privacy to myself. This is such a nice gesture (tho it’s low travel season in Laos), but he didn’t have to do that... the bed and linens are clean and they assured me there will be no cockroaches as I’m terrified of them lol... I saw none during my entire stay here and they kept the common areas very clean at all times. In the morning, they serve you either western style omelette or Lao noodle soup for breakfast which really makes you think if they charged enough for my hotel stay! This hostel is located near the Phou Si Mountain and everything you need in LP. The local restaurant right across the road is excellent too. In mornings I usually chat with Mr Dao and he shared his experience as a novice monk and some local insights with me... it’s really an experience that I would pay triple or more to get and my stay here has been an awesome one. After we stayed for one night, we decided to give up the next Pullman and drive away in advance. The whole city is yellow, and the air is A smell of paste. Apart from that, the hotel is a good hotel and Luang Prabang is also a very good destination.

It is one of the best hotel experiences we have had in over 30 years of travel.
