三室兩廳一廚一衞的户型，在小區內，面積很大，確實很滿意（◍＞◡＜◍）老闆人很好，第一次去找不到位置，出門接的我們。房間隔音還行，附近很多放煙花的，門窗關好聲音小了不少～但是一些小的瑕疵也不少，也挺糟心，衞生方面老闆要多多把把關，廚房和冰箱味道有點大，而且有點亂，也沒收拾～連住兩天也沒有給換洗漱用品，垃圾也沒倒，衞生紙也沒換，紙巾衹有一盒，雖然都是小問題，但是也很減分的，老闆不要不當回事啊……順便提一個建議，你家床太軟了，我們四個人睡得都是渾身痛😣😅😅😅

應店家邀請寫下入住體驗： 1、位置很好，附近吃的很多。在吃上河南人好實在，附近的天府火鍋，菜量上來把我驚了嗎，兩盤肉就夠我們3口吃了；早餐的胡辣湯，裏面肉很好吃，就是真的很辣。 2、老闆服務挺好，提出問題能儘快解決，看得出也很實在”； 3、房間就是我們普通居民樓改造的，我住的是主卧，床很大也算舒服，就是所謂的投影，直接擺了個投影儀在床頭，投影出來圖面是變形的，裏面大部分都是收費的，反映較慢；應該把這個投影儀固定在牆壁上的。反正是旅遊，回去洗漱完就睡了，看不看也沒啥太不好體驗。 4、房間被褥很乾凈，因為住的是民宿，突然想起來有個問題，這種民宿的被褥怎麼更換，就兩三間的被褥，跟那種專業酒店配套的專業清洗公司會去收嗎？ 5、民宿的招牌竟然是放到了小區入口的側面，我是打了兩遍電話，在老闆的指點下才發現。放到側面，你招牌也得面向大街呀，不能貼在側牆上呀。 6、總體來説，這個民宿還行。

是一個家庭房改了三間房間，我定的這個房間沒有衞生間，是需要使用客廳的衞生間的，所以私密性不怎麼好，老闆可能跟別的房間的人講好不能用客廳的衞生間，但總有不自覺的人，所以比較不方便，可能其他兩個房間會好點。另外沒有吹風機，感覺不方便，房間比較小。在小區裡邊，還是比較安靜的，客廳挺大，可以看電視

第二次來了，一家很優雅温馨的民宿，最主要的特別乾淨，床鋪睡着很舒服，樓下就有很多火鍋店飯店，小吃街兩百米就到了，很是方便值得推薦，贊一個😻😻

位於縣城繁華地帶，離老君山很近，住的很舒心，環境也很好，價格物超所值，老闆人很實在，是旅客值得信賴的好住處！

房間佈局合理，乾淨衞生，入住順利，非常舒適滿意，尤其是周圍有超市，有夜市，還可以購物， 吃吃小吃 ，非常滿意。

交通位置 好，周邊小吃超市很多，停車方便，有地暖，距離老君山景區很近，房間衞生很乾凈。推薦
