Stayed here a few time before but this was booked by my daughters for surprise 60th present! As before, apartment spotless and everything you need is there, we had a 3 bed penthouse and no complaints whatsoever, it was beautiful. Pool has been upgraded since I was last there and was lovely and clean. Pool bar was very reasonable and we ate there most days during the day, staff very friendly. Back again in august and friends who came who hadn’t been before thoroughly enjoyed it too! Great way to start my birthday celebrations.

We had a quiet, superior apartment and the view of the pool and sea from the balcony was the same as in the main hotel photo. There was a well-equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and large lounge with a 55 inch TV. However our apartment was quite dark (dark worktops, dark cupbards, dark flooring and dark grey walls in the bathroom). It was only a short walk to the promenade and local restaurants. As checkout was at 11 am, we asked if we could have a later checkout. This was €10 for 1 hour. Reception also arranged our taxi to the airport. We enjoyed our stay.

great complex great staff appts have everything you need for a brill holiday. sofa,s a little uncomfortable smashing big pool area and you always make nice friends at paloma as so many people return time and time again

We stayed here for the first time recently and would definitely recommend it. We checked in early and our room was ready, helpful staff and our penthouse apartment was fantastic! Clean and spacious plus a lovely terrace to sit in the sun. All staff members were friendly and helpful, clean pool area, people were queuing up before 10 to get a sunbed but we were on the beach most of the time anywa. Plenty of places to eat, we mainly ate at Spanish restaurants, can’t wait to return.

I've stayed here a few times now, staff are helpful, apartment was clean, location is great, atmosphere is quiet. I try to stay here whenever I visit the island.

Apartments are lovely inside, very spacious with everything you need however it should come with a warning that if placed on the ground floor, you will be woken up at 8am by workmen outside your bedrooms. Don’t come if you like to get a sleep in on your holidays. They do not try and be quiet, I am talking drilling, banging of scaffolding, ladders moving, the full works. Cleaners don’t make much of an appearance either, we got fresh towels once and toilet roll topped up once in a weeks stay. Should you want to go somewhere to eat/drink; there are some lovely little bars and restaurants around the corner. I would advise going here as the pool bar charges nearly double for the same drinks. Enjoyed my holiday but will not be returning here.

Fantastic apartments, everything you could need, lots of English television channels. If you do want to watch TV, there was some work going on along all the corridors which to some could be unsightly, but it did not bother us. The apartment was immaculate, only downside for us were the beds, we found extremely uncomfortable, but that is just our opinion based on our comfort. The pool bar is an absolute diamond, Alan, and all the staff were so welcoming, the food was delicious, as were the drinks, nothing too much trouble for them. I like the idea of €2 for the sunbeds as no matter what time you went to the pool area, you always go to bed, and I did not feel guilty purchasing my bed, putting my towel on and going off for something to eat, fantastic location, 10 minute walk along the prom to the main area with bars and restaurants along the way, just overall a fantastic holiday and will definitely return

Very comfy beds. Second time here. Very quiet resort. Spotless. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Close to all amenities. Just about to book again. Staff very professional and friendly. Like the €2 charge for sunbeds. Prevents keeping beds on block.
