he room we stayed in was the worst I've EVER been to. The pictures on the listing are either when it first opened or some ”model” unit. When we first opened the door, the room smelled of cigarettes and mold but smoking isn't allowed; go figure. There is mold, dirt, and hair all around the shower, kitchen and bathroom sinks, in the refrigerator, and around the baseboards. There were holes in the wall and the outlets weren't even secured. Not safe for young kids thats for sure. The shower had items left behind from a previous occupant that I won't even begin to describe. It's just horribly dirty EVERYWHERE! Whomever attempted to clean it should be ashamed and fired. The chairs in the room were also broken. My recommendation to the owners is renovate it and increase the price or burn it to the ground. I'd never stay here EVER again.

I just wanted to start off by saying that Janice Jackson was one of the most helpful polite and professional individuals I've dealt with. She made sure that she took care of all of our needs she was very personable she has excellent customer service and she made sure that staying here with my nine-year-old son which of course was challenging was awesome. We needed to switch rooms because of one of our loud neighbors above us and she made sure that everything was taken care of she was very pleasant and easy to talk to. From the first moment I talked to her I told her I would give her a good review and I had a friend who was a manager at extended stay but I wanted to let you know if you need somewhere to go when you're in Torrance stay here and ask for Janice she's the best. As someone who's a small business owner customer service is what it's all about and making sure that I'm paying it forward is what I'm doing today. God bless you Janice.
