The hotel and the staff were great. Communicated well and never missed a cleaning. Always made sure we had fresh towels and the area is spot clean. However the part of town that it is, is “ghetto” that’s the only reason for 4/5 stars. Property 100% smoke free so no nasty cigarette smoke lingering in the air was nice. Felt safe at night with the extra door security and the fact that guests are only allowed no visitors kept it quiet and more secure.

The customer service was OK not too bad not very Talkative but overall they were nice they didn’t give us any problems only thing I didn’t like is that I feel like towels come with the hotel and they charged us $10 because we use the towels I have Internet service was OK

The hotel is normal, nothing extraordinary, has free parking, clean and large rooms, freezer and microwave, TV, internet, clean bathroom, breakfast is anything coffee, The hotel is located in a non-commercial area, so it is in the middle of a neighborhood, near the centre of Los Angeles.
