The Westin Los Angeles Airport

The bed was super comfortable and it's very close to the airport. It's a great place to adjust to the time difference right after landing!

I stayed in an executive room this time, and it was quite spacious. Although the hotel is a bit older, overall it was still very good; the room didn't feel uncomfortably dirty or old. The lounge was usable. The location is excellent, right next to the new car rental building at LAX, which is very convenient.

The Westin at the airport is incredibly convenient for travel. The lobby is grand and spotless, and the rooms offer spacious work areas with excellent soundproofing. The 24-hour shuttle is a lifesaver, the gym facilities are top-notch, and the staff are warm and attentive. It's an excellent choice for business travelers.

The worst part is the exorbitant parking fee. It's a whopping $74 if you park for more than an hour. When I asked the front desk about parking, they didn't mention the high cost. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone traveling by car.

The rooms are all newly renovated, especially the bathroom 🚽🆕, which is great. However, the showerhead 🚿 is a bit disappointing as it doesn't stay in place when the hot water is on. We've already switched rooms twice because of this. What's particularly bad is the hair on the bedsheets! Wi-Fi costs almost 84 RMB per night, which is quite expensive. While the room is spacious, the air conditioning has an unpleasant smell.

Located near the airport, the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service. Getting around the airport area is very easy. There's a mall and other amenities not far from the hotel. Considering the price isn't outrageous for Los Angeles, the overall value for money is excellent.

Great location, very close to the airport and car rental center. The decor is relatively new, and I was quite satisfied with the shower and amenities. It offers decent value for money, definitely recommended for stays near the airport.

I have to say, I'm really impressed with this hotel's environment and service. The decor is quite new and clean (looks like it's been recently renovated), and the soundproofing is relatively good. You can hear planes passing by, but it's not too loud, which is a significant improvement compared to other similarly priced hotels I've stayed at in the US. They offer a 24-hour airport shuttle that runs every 10-15 minutes, with a bus tracker, and convenient waiting areas at both the airport and the hotel. The ride from the airport to the hotel is about 8-10 minutes. What truly stood out was their thoughtful provision of three different types of water in the lobby, especially since most hotels don't provide any water at all. If you're not planning on frequent trips into the city center, this is an excellent choice. Plus, there are several car rental services within a 5-minute walk of the hotel.
