Moxy Downtown Los Angeles

It was very close to where I needed to go. Very small for two people. There is no privacy if you go with another person. Very intimate, king room I would recommend for a couple that doesn’t mind having little to no privacy when using restroom or shower. For multiple days would advice a bigger room. Liked that it had a mini fridge.

Visited LA for the Auto Show at the Convention Center. This hotel was perfect as it was just across the street from the Center. The view from our room was great, the room was a bit compact but good enough. Comfy beds, strong shower head, and great breakfast buffet on the 34th floor. They had Happy Hour at the Bar Moxy on the main level, decent burger and chicken wings. The service could've been a bit more friendlier and attentive instead of us asking when we needed something. Nonetheless I would definitely consider staying here again for another event at the Center.

The best customer service this hotel and staff was everything

The room I live in is on the twelfth floor. There is an outdoor swimming pool downstairs. It is very noisy at night, and there is very loud music. It will not end until twelve o'clock, which makes people sleep badly.

Bed was comfy, there’s not a lot of table space for bags and toiletries but the hooks on the wall made up for it! We were pleased when we could use the microwave adjacent at AC hotel and the fitness room was neat. Staff was friendly and helpful and helped assist with a late check out at 1pm instead of 11am. Oh just one thing - the doors could be a little loud when they slam. Our neighbours thought someone was trying to go into the room when our door shut, and vice versa.

It was good location in down town. However, I feel really unsafe around the hotel.  Staffs were really friendly. The atmosphere of this hotel is kind of cool and urban-style. If you like this type of atmosphere, you can enjoy.
