我們去跨年回來了以後進不去房間裏 他們一開始説是我們房卡的問題 我們拿着房卡下去來回跑了二三趟 還是打不開 到後來工作人員來了拿刀子弄那個門 弄了沒幾分鐘就不整了 我們是顧客我們自己動手去弄 我們弄了一個來小時店長才來 來了他也打不開 當時等了很久才打開 打開以後門不能鎖着了 折騰我凌晨兩三點 我們説不給我們一個理由嗎 人家店長説 這又不是他的問題 好像我們活該被鎖門外一樣 他沒有一點為我們感到抱歉的態度 態度很強硬 而且房間很冷 馬桶不好用 水龍頭裡的水好像是地下水 放出來有沙子 不建議去 還貴 照片可能模糊 但是我們可以看監控我們住客來回自己弄房門
