Stayed here for one night. Beautiful hotel, had dinner which was lovely. Room warm and bed very comfortable. Welcome plate with chocolates was very appreciated. All staff very pleasant and helpful especially Darvina on reception. Very attentive waiter in dining room and also waitress at breakfast next morning. Only negative, the dining room and lounge were quite cold - we were unable to sit down however just before our arrival, we had thunder, lightening and really heavy rain which brought the temperature down very quickly. If the heating had been on before we arrived, the heat would have been unbearable as the outside temperature was around 24 oC. Only looked at the thermal suite but will def be back again. Overall, a beautiful hotel , a credit to the management and staff. Thank you

We booked the overnight stay with 3 course dinner and breakfast We parked in the car park just up the hill from the hotel we got a parking ticket at the machine on arrival we were told we had to pay the bill on arrival we have never been asked to do this at any other hotel I paid and was told that parking was charged at £6 for 24 hour period Thought this could have been covered by hotel which is expensive Arrived in our room which was very nice comfortable modern Spa was really nice and relaxing Dinner was a suprise…. Starter soup creamy cauliflower was very pleasant we both enjoyed this On looking at the main courses we realised that sides all have an additional charge of £4.50 each and didn’t come with the chicken or duck my partner ordered It was a large plate with a very small amount of chicken and duck I should have brought a magnifying glass to locate it I was glad I had ordered a side of vegetables and side of mashed potatoes ( additional £9) vegetables seemed roasted no taste not very pleasant mashed potatoes ok but nothing exciting Dessert was ok strawberry milk chocolate cheese cake ice cream didn’t see or taste strawberries or chocolate tasted more like a baileys cheese cake but pleasant enough Cup of tea and glass of beer extra but obviously expected that to be Decided to go out for a drive after dinner On returning couldn’t gain access to the car park (£6) charge still irritating me at this point We parked at front of hotel in drop off zone it was very quiet no other cars about Disabled badge holder feeling tired at this point Went into hotel was told couldn’t park there and was given another ticket to get into car park Back out again up the hill park car Message bring extra money For extras Staff ok but not welcoming

Went here for a special occasion and it was definitely special. The stay was amazing from start to finish, staff were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The meal in the restaurant was worth the trip alone and breakfast was fantastic as well

We booked the private bar upstairs in the new Ebrington Hotel for a birthday party. Fabulous venue with great views of the city and ideal for a special occasion. Nice canapes and a great outdoor terrace overlooking Ebrington Square. Thank you

My tour company originally booked me at the Holiday Inn Express but somebody messed up and I was booked at the The Ebrington Hotel instead. The hotel had a lovely scent when I first entered and I must admit that I wanted to book a spa appoin**ent to try it out but check in was around 5 pm which would have been too late. The room was very comfortable and better than five star hotels I had stayed in before. Getting to my room 225 was a slight challenge as I had to clear multiple doors from the lift lobby and some required tapping the card. My highlight of the stay was the food in the restaurant. It was very good and everything was do fresh and delicious, It was not overpriced and value for money. If I were to return to Dery on my own, I would definitely book The Ebrington Hotel as my accomadation choice. Well done!

We had a great stay at the Ebrington, myself and my Mum stayed for one night. We had a fabulous view from the room, had a gorgeous meal in the restaurant. Breakfast was great. We found every staff member really friendly. The weather was gorgeous so sitting out the front having a drink was just lovely !

Had the pleasure of eating in the Corner house bar within the Ebrington. The food was excellent, the coffee was equally as good, but where they really score was the wonderful staff who go the extra mile in customer service .Thoroughly recommend a visit.

I came for lunch on the 16th April. I am a wheelchair user and I have visited the Hotel once before in December 2023. Unfortunately the same incident occurred on both occasions. Yes, they have accessible ramps and everything looks so inviting. However once you reach the accessible door the staff seem to have the automatic door switched off! Therefore one has to wave or knock on the door to attract attention. This is undignified and unacceptable. A disabled person has the right to enter and exit an establishment unhindered just like anyone else. In December, I sat in the rain for 10 minutes! Oh yes, the staff are very apologetic but they don’t have to suffer the indignity of waiting for some stranger to open the door for them. PLEASE LEAVE THE AUTOMATIC DOOR SWITCHED ON! That is why it is there! To balance my review, the Hotel is lovely, staff are courteous and the food is lovely. Unfortunately all tarnished by being embarrassed at the doorstep!
