Premier Inn London Victoria

Had a delightful stay at Premier Inn London Victoria. The hotel’s proximity to iconic sights allowed us to easily explore the city. Within minutes, we could witness the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace, appreciate art at the Tate, and enjoy West End shows. The spacious room, comfortable bed, and a great breakfast at the restaurant made our stay even better. Plus, the quiet ambiance in Pimlico provided a peaceful retreat after busy day of sightseeing. Highly recommended for families seeking convenience and comfort in the heart of London! ‍‍‍

Pretty much as expected for a premier inn. No frills and a good night's sleep. Access is tricky with pushchair, and room layout not ideal and just off the bar area, but reasonably quiet. Not the cleanest room with some psaling paint and dust on window frame, but beds very clean and comfortable for us. Power shower is very poor with low pressure making it a nigh**are to get the soap off! As this is a selling point for premier inn adverts, not impressed! Overall a very dull hotel but provided a comfortable sleep which is what I really needed.

We really appreciated the excellent location of the hotel (Within 5 walking minutes of Victoria Station). The crew was very friendly and care-taking. We would like to point out the friendliness and professionalism of the Restaurant Manager Mr. Ranga. Always smiling and open minded. We recommend this Hotel a lot.

My husband and I have stayed in many Premier Inns and have enjoyed each stay. However, on this occasion, we were given a tiny room! I think it may have been used as a single room as there was only one towel in the bathroom, we were given a second bath towel at reception when we checked in. Also we could not open a window, not even a little bit so it felt very claustrophobic. We did mention the size of the room to reception and were told in future we should phone them when booked and ask for a large room. Location is very good and food is fine.

Really well situated for walking and catching tube to explore london. Hotel was quiet, staff were very friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. Very family friendly.

Always stay at Premier Inn’s when away on business and visiting family, as I know exactly what I’m going to get as far as cleanliness, facilities and food are concerned. Was a little disappointed that the first room we were allocated stank of cigarettes. Reception staff changed our room immediately without any fuss, but was surprised housekeeping hadn’t informed anyone that the room should be taken out of service, as it cannot be sold in that state. Second room was adequate, but was disappointed that my bedside table had not been cleaned, and was full of mug rings. Windows were permanently sealed, and had rather a lot of black mould growth on the frames. Cupboard space for clothes was tiny, and we were hand luggage only on the plane, so we didn’t have much! I realise laundry is out sourced, but the towels smelt scorched! I didn’t want to dry myself with them, but had no option. There was no hotel information or menus in the room like other Premier Inns. At dinner on our first night, they only had two choices of beer. At breakfast on our last day we got up to go and get another hot drink, and said a quick hello to some diners we had met a couple of days before. When we turned round to our table, literally 10feet away, our breakfast had been cleared away, and the table relaid for the next people!! After over 40 years in the hospitality industry myself, I found it irksome, and funny at the same time. We had just run a marathon the day before, I didn’t have the energy to kick up a fuss, so we sat at our relaid table, and finished our breakfast!

Hotel old, dirty, rooms not cleaned well. Lifts broken, breakfast all the sale after years and years.

Hotel Grubby outside. Dinning Room in a dark depressing basement. Decoration through out hotel very poor. Only one set of towels for two people. One Elevator out of use for our three day stay with no elevator access to some floors. No information in rooms. Sound proofing from external noise very good and bed very comfortable.

The staff didn’t speak English which is very difficult. We were asked to wait a further 30mins to check in and then other people checked in after us - we arrived at 2.45! The room was ok, however, the ceiling on the bathroom needed to be repainted and they need to learn to clean the tops in the soap dispenser
