Hands down the best hotel we've stayed so far this year. Location was perfect and accessible to all places, the bars were beautiful, rooms were clean, but most importantly the staff was exceptional. From the day we checked in until leaving a week later they have taken great, great care of us. Well done team, we'd love to come back soon

Worst hotel in the world
Booked for 7,800 a night, not to mention the room was small.
There is only one window less than one square meter, and the room is extremely dark.
The quality of slippers and bath towels is extremely poor, extremely thin and rough! I've never used anything this bad! ! May not be as good as domestic budget hotels
Cleaning is also very poor! ! ! The cups are not washed and the floor is not cleaned
There was no place to plug the hair dryer into the socket. It was placed on the sofa and the waiter threw it on the floor.
In the end, they had to charge 70 pounds for a night cleaning service (2 rooms)? ? ? Tell the front desk that you are so embarrassed to clean? Won't accept it
The sink in the toilet is also very small and cannot even hold toiletries.
