I love my stay here! My clean was clean, food was delish, and location is superb! It's near Uuniversal Studios

So the receptionist was awesome.  Though the first room was not clean, and the beds were obviously slept in he did find us another one. Besides him this hotel sucks. Yes, of course most hotels require. A deposit fee, but this one kept it trying to say that I won’t get my deposit back because they say I checked out late which I did not. The most frustrating part about that is nowhere in the policies. Does it say they can keep my money if I check out late. Be careful with your deposit. 

I wish I took pictures but I was so horrified I could not. This is not a hotel, it's a roach motel. It's not suitable to families. It's a very dodgy area. We were afraid to even step out. It's really just off international drive but the area is pretty sketchy. It's in the same league as Econo Lodge. We booked the room based on the picture but beware, this picture is not the same as the motel. It is very misleading. And a 'breakfast' was included but it was literally a section in the shop with bran flakes in a container and disposable bowls. I was shocked. The first room we were given was absolutely disgusting and stunk of ****. The second room was apparently one of their better rooms and though it didn't stink, the bathroom was absolutely putrid. They even had two very disgusting bath mats in the shower which I swear was black underneath. Do not stay here. There were dodgy people all over the hotel. I don't think we were the only ones caught by this fraudulent 'hotel'. We paid over around $110 for this room. I will never stay at a Wyndham again. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Very bad service, everything dirty, they never cleaned the room, the bathroom was a disaster, the bathtub was damaged, I do not recommend it, everything was out of place for the price.

Our tv did not work and that inconvenient after driving 16 hours.. the breakfast was not so accommodating.. the rooms are okay but the staff is a little dismissive.

The receptionist Shamilla was very rude when we asked her about having water to drink . Also she was on the phone texting instead concern or helping us resolving our problem . Room was very smelling very bad, like mold. We do not recommend the place .

Property isn’t bad. Just needs some TLC and maintenance. Plenty of parking. Front desk staff was really nice. First room I was given had fresh paint on the shower floor. So I had paint on my feet for a day or so till it fully came off. They moved me into a different room. Second room was a little better. TV volume wouldn’t work on the remote or tv itself. It was too loud so we just left the tv off. Shower head sprayed water in all direction when turned a certain way. No bugs which was a big plus! Couple of shady characters in the parking lot at night but not for long. One morning there was a guy asking if we wanted to buy AirPods in the parking lot. Again, not a roach motel but could use a caring owner.

We unfortunately checked out the same day we checked in. The window rocked every time the door opened or shut. The tv didn’t work, toliet wasn’t installed properly, the fridge also didn’t work the floor was incredibly slippery to the point where my child fell. At the door the tile was cracked and has pieces coming out. This is in addition to fact that the bathroom door didn’t shut. The manager on property was incredibly helpful and shocked at the condition on the room.

We were centered in a good area icon park could be walking distance noisy but overall I had a good stay

Despicable place with loud construction outside (Feb 2024) and even louder neighbors yelling and talking loudly at night and smoking on the balconies. Do NOT stay here. We left early and found a different place and they refused to partially refund us.

The outside of the hotel looked sketchy but the inside was really nice. Bathroom could have been cleaned better especially tub. And the air conditioner flooded the floor. Wish there was a microwave

This hotel seems to have gone downhill since a previous stay a few years ago. Room was dirty and had cheap furnishings. Shower was alarming. People yelling and smoking **** outside of room.
