Our English is average, and the front desk is also very patient and communicates with us slowly. It is also close to Buckingham Palace, Wes**inster Abbey, Big Ben and other famous attractions. It's not far away. I chose here mainly because the transportation location is really good. The room is relatively large. Because it is a new store, we are very concerned about the service quality. The breakfast variety is relatively rich. But it's pretty much the same every day. Talking about transportation, I took the train from Gatwick Airport to Victoria Railway Station. It took about 3.4 minutes to arrive and the hotel was opposite. It takes 8 minutes from this hotel to the bus station to Oxford University. We paid 30 pounds for a round trip for one adult and one child. I am going to Spain when I check out on the 27th. I am traveling to Luton Airport. Taking a taxi is super expensive and the train is also very inconvenient. I accidentally discovered that there is a 757 bus 6 minutes away from the hotel that goes directly to Luton Airport. It costs 24 pounds for two. It is super convenient. Get off. This is my first trip to London and I still stay here!

The location is very good. If you walk faster, you can get to Victoria Station in two or three minutes. It is convenient to take trains, subways and buses. The hotel may be opened by Spanish people. I went with high expectations because it was a newly built hotel... but it wasn't cleaned properly, the floor was full of paint dust, and hotel slippers were not provided. The location was good as it was near Victoria Station, but I don't think I will visit again.
