The Check in is terrible, the communication with the management firm is non existent, there is no message service and rings out. The codes didn't work and took over an hour and a half to finally get a code that worked.
No good when you have been working all day and want to just relax. This is not the first time the codes were incorrect.

The keystore is quite a distance away from the property.
The ID checks prior are not advised at booking stage and can take 48 hours to approve. look out for emails not from ********** as this can be missed, leaving you without access to property on the day. The keystore was not open on checkout so locked up and put the keys in the letterbox at 6am - got an £80.00 fine for doing this. Very dissapointing. the phone number to call doesnt answer, left txt msgs no reply. the apar**ent itself is clean but be prepared for the interim hastle and unexpected fines.
