1、房間很一般，旅館標準。床品布草一般，300左右的標準，還不如全季酒店。
2、服務很差。一層很多間房，正上方是二樓餐廳。可想而知用餐和打掃時段是多麼吵人。和酒店交涉，酒店老闆卻説是客人敏感！請問你為什麼不在酒店預訂訊息中備註？為什麼不在客人checkin的時候提醒説明？不在酒店裝修設計的時候以客人視角去設計體驗？卻要求一個在早上7點多就被用餐客人各種挪椅子的聲音吵醒的住店客人不要那麼敏感？？這是哪家的道理？雖然最後給打了折，房費收了800，但我仍覺得這不是錢的事情。而是老闆開店的理念，服務的標準和個人道德標準出了問題！
3、酒店早餐很差，免費早餐按説不能要求太高，但你1200+的房費給出這樣的早餐，説一句實在的，都不如全季亞朵的早餐！以及，餐具很臟。圖二三可以看到，叉子的痕跡。
4、設施不好用！淋浴頭不能調整角度，放上去噴水的角度往牆壁上噴。可想而知老闆沒有花一點心思在客人體驗上。
5、優點是酒店位置好，出門就是湖，適合早晚走走。但周圍有很多替代選擇，比如天目湖賓館。
最後，同樣價位，不推薦這家。金玉其外，軟實力都不過關！差評！！！

平心而論，環境不錯，服務不錯。衹是我住的房間不應該放出來。太過於嘈雜。早上廚房間大火聲、炒菜聲、端盤子聲、大聲聊天聲等等，簡直是極大的災難。體驗過才知道這真是“精品”。

到了天目湖下大雨，匆忙中定的酒店，景色還不錯，門口有個大人工湖，也算安靜，酒店其他硬件設施還算過得去，但是不知道為什麼床品非常糟糕，被子，床單，枕頭潮氣非常大，手摸上去就是黏糊糊的感覺，一整晚和兩個孩子翻來覆去都沒睡著，以至於到早上才有點睡意也錯過了早餐時間。本來以為是臨湖的關係才這麼潮濕，但第二天入住景區另一家臨湖酒店完全不潮，所以還是酒店問題，這個價格的定位提供這樣的床品不應該。

酒店整體不錯，環境清靜，停車方便，距離天目湖景區步行即可，有自己的餐廳，用餐需要提前預訂，魚頭是現煨的，味道很棒，房間整潔，面積挺大，前台小董服務熱情，周到，點贊👍

房間有點工業風，但是整體很不錯，窗外就是風景，綠化很贊！早飯呢確實品種不多可能是週五入住的關係，但是服務是真的太好了 前台婷婷小姐姐真的人美心善，看到我們帶孩子還為我們考慮很多，服務周到熱情，旁邊就是天目湖景區非常方便以後還會來

1. 景色差：庭院房所謂的景觀就是一個小土坡，室內面積較小。
2. 隔音差：連續幾天旁邊人的小孩都在房裡尖叫，早上天花板有噪音，連續幾天都有人開錯門。
3. 早餐難吃種類少，後來才在大眾點評上看到其他人的評價。
4. 地理位置還行。
5. 價格虛高，整體體驗還不如快捷酒店
