酒店前台個別接待人員態度惡劣，眼務意識淡薄，對客人提出的問題既解決不了，還頂撞客人，根本沒有把顧客當上帝，房間衞生一般，設施沒備破損污漬斑斑，停車場車位有限。此次入住體驗感極差，希望酒店在提高經濟效益的同時，也要把接待人員的素質提高一下，增強服務意識。

春節房價稍高，酒店的客房服務迅速，看到有小朋友入住還會提醒是否需要送小童牙刷。前台小姐姐很友善。酒店周邊吃飯方便小吃巨多。去柳州動物園和軍事博物館很近。

就在萬態旁邊，周圍很多小吃，燒烤。房間衞生可以，空間不算太大，就是晚上11點到零晨，樓上很吵，很影響休息。
