老闆説不是為了掙住宿費，而是為了誘騙你線下購買，如果你真的在網上訂了，那麼她會接着騙你的取消費或者讓你和她一起騙同程沒有住，在網上退了後再來線下消費，老闆原話是:“我騙你怎麼了，你這根本告不贏。”從房間來説，屋子裡窗户不大，雙標間是假的，因為廁所衹有一個而卧室有兩個。不過這些和老闆精心策劃的誘騙相比不足為提。真是第一次遇到這樣的老闆，也讓我多了很多法律經驗，謝謝老闆。

老闆是我人生中遇到的新類型人。因為老闆很奇葩，會主動跟我們説如下。1我騙你怎麼了，誰讓你相信山居夢的，我山居夢説的你就信？你自己不查嗎？起因就是老闆説沒房了讓線下付款，後在網上查到了。2老闆和我們説**有提點不是她不願退，但是**解釋了沒有，她跟**説我就是想掙違約金。開始不相信有這種人，後來在評論裏發現她之前就這麼騙的。3經過調解説房間賣出去就退錢，結果夜裡顯示售罄，第二天人説是網絡不好導致系統被篡改，顯示錯誤。後來同程問她她説是騙我們的，其實是他們夜裡自動關了系統，我就納悶了，不是約定掛出去嗎，怎麼誘騙我們和解但實際不掛夠時間呢？厲害👍🏻

定的精品大床房，辦理入住時整好有退訂，+錢升級為2樓的觀景房，房間很不錯，乾淨衞生，還有大落地窗，但是，如果是帶孩子或者睡眠非常淺的非常不建議入住，隔音非常差，三樓是吃飯的，入住當天有****在三樓折騰，孩子都給吵醒了，給老闆反饋多次，一直到12點多才結束

房間和網上描述的差距太大，進門就得上床，服務員很貼心怕耽誤我睡覺等到凌晨一點也沒讓我沖個熱水澡，價格相當不合理，飯菜量小价格高，老闆斤斤計較處處算計，去石板巖不建議大家住這家，很糟心

民宿裝修挺好，二樓三樓有大平台，上面有吊牀，晚上看着石板巖大橋夜景，吹着山風，有山有水，樓下一羣寫生的孩子們唱着歌，感覺生活很美好。我們住的是一樓，不建議住，窗户外是餐廳，是入户大堂，晚上一點還有人説話聊天，很吵，而且窗簾沒法打開。推薦入住二樓三樓。早餐不免費，十元一人。離石板巖網紅大橋3分鐘步行，孩子可以玩水，很好玩。橋下小吃街美食很多。
