Huazhu Yuwan Holiday Hotel

The room was big and clean. Great value for the money and great location as well. There are tons of places to eat nearby. The reception ladies were always nice and housekeepers were good too. However the only thing I wasn’t happy about my stay is someone left************ ads at my doorway every evening. Except for that, I’m satisfied with my stay.

Parking is available opposite the hotel, and it is convenient to eat and shop nearby. The hotel is average, and the sanitary facilities are OK, but the price-performance ratio is poor during holidays. The Lingshui Hu Shiguang sour noodles nearby taste good.

This receptionist yelled and yelled at the top of her lungs that there were none!!! She accused, complained, and scolded me, an ordinary consumer, for not telling the receptionist on the day shift earlier to get them (be careful if you are fragile, or she will cry!!!) She said she knew nothing, yelled and complained a lot, and then just sat down without caring. Before: Because there is self-service laundry on the first floor, I communicated with the front desk during the day that I needed 6 hangers after washing clothes, and then at 11:30 pm, the front desk said that I could take the clothes and hangers up together after washing. However, at 12:30, when I went downstairs to get clothes, the front desk changed people, and after I told this (the front desk in the second half of the night) that I needed hangers, this front desk got angry. Then I could only tell the front desk that this was my normal demand as a consumer, and I had communicated in advance that I needed hangers. It’s useless to blame me if you don’t know where the hangers are, this is your own job, and then this front desk looked down and reluctantly found 3 hangers for me, saying that there were only 3.

The room facilities are very good, and it is convenient to eat nearby. The room is clean and tidy. The front desk service attitude is good. It is convenient to go to the mall and the transportation is also convenient. Friends who are on business trips can choose to stay in this hotel. It is really good👍

It's not just bad, the front desk attitude is too bad. The door can't be closed directly, and the square dance at night is so noisy that I can't rest.

I went to Lingshui during the Spring Festival. All the surrounding areas were fully booked. Later I found this hotel. The location is very convenient, the surrounding area is very prosperous, and the room is clean. I recommend it!

It's not the chain hotel you might think. It's clean and the room is quite big. It's a family hotel!
