Hotels with Airport pickup service in Lille

We stayed at this hotel twice: in December 2022 and in February 2024. The location might not be the most obvious (however, it takes about 8 minutes of leisurely walk to both metro stations in between which the hotel is located). The location on its own is a little bit outside of the city centre, however, you get from this hotel to the city centre rather quickly. There's a shopping centre next door, which takes half of the distance to the nearest metro station. The hotel is relatively new (I think when we were there in 2022 it just opened), therefore most things are still in a very decent shape. Both times when we stayed at this hotel, we observed that it was sparkling clean. The size of the rooms is also large by French standards, and the rooms are fairly well-equipped. The only 2 pieces of criticism that we could offer would be to replace paper cups with porcelain cups in the room (if possible) and ensure that the soap is replenished (we got a refill bottle at reception, but it would've been so much less hassle if the hotel would've put it in advance). The WiFi works well. We didn't try any breakfast at this hotel, as on both occasions we had planned brunches with friends, however. judging by the price and the looks of it as we were passing by, it would be a good value.

Rooms hot and poorly ventilated. We We’re pleased it wasn’t summer! The bed was comfortable and linen clean and fresh. Bathroom was ok, but so small I could barely fit into it. Little room between sink and door. One smallish towel was provided per person and one of our towels had a hole in it. The toilet seat was awful. Neither the lid or the seat would stay up. Really awkward for males. Not even plastic glasses were provided in the room, so you couldn’t have a drink of water. Bar was ok but very expensive. Restaurant is a shipping container in the back yard. No doubt very cool and all that but its facilities were meagre. We ordered 2 pizzas and were warned it could be a 50 minute wait. We decided that was just about acceptable. However it took 1.5 hours to deliver our order! It might be funky and all that but it was very, very slow. In fact really poor. Staff friendly, with good English spoken throughout. Parking plentiful and it felt secure. The hotel is too far from the city centre to be convenient. We walked in twice and whilst quite a pleasant walk it is about 40 minutes. There were no shops or restaurants within easy walking distance. It wasn’t exactly cheap but OK. Overall average.

It's about 20 minutes walk from Lill Europe, but the road is bumpy, so it's not easy to drag the carrier. ... The male staff was very friendly when I went. The hostel was clean and nice. But the shower and toilet were a little lacking, and the water was slipping. The next morning, the female staff was so blunt. Good for a day or two trip.

An array of delights await at this hotel should you be lucky enough to have booked here. This hotel is cheap but after staying I’m surprised you aren’t paid to stay here. To say the hotel is rundown is a complete understatement. We were lucky enough to have such optional extras as a random broken piece of furniture complete with piece of wood sticking out. There were a number of questionable stains on walls, carpets and bedding which certainly filled the time trying to guess what sort of breach of human rights created them. The smell was certainly interesting, I would guess cigarette smoke from a bygone age but really who knows. The caravan style shower and bathroom was a delight, particularly when the water pressure was so poor you had to manually flush a turd away.

On arrival I asked a guy whose comprehension of English was bad.A day later the room was changed as Air Conditioning didn’t work and neither the television. Breakfast was excellent. I returned later to collect post after I checked out to encounter a guest having same issues I had. Don’t allow a room that everything isn’t working in change it immediately. Room change excellent double and not single though same guy turned air conditioning off again as ‘cool’ was interpreted as I was cold!! I wouldn’t return though the guy who changed my room was very nice, understanding and I think I was VERY lucky. I don’t think the room change could have happened without his excellent command of English.

It is three stops from the Lille Flandres train station. You can go to the train station to enter the subway to buy a one-way zap ticket, you can only do 3 stations (the fare is more than one euro). It takes more than 10 minutes to get out of the subway. There is a supermarket on the street where the hotel comes out. It is very convenient to buy daily necessities. Breakfast is not expensive, paying one person is less than 7 euros. Hotel front desk service is very good.

It is a one-bedroom apartment (STUDIO), the couple have two children (six years old, three years old), the front desk refuses to check in, saying that the hotel regulations do not allow children to stay. I told each other: Before you make a reservation, carefully read your hotel policy, clearly saying that the children are welcome to stay, what is going on. Twenty minutes later, a person who claimed to be the person in charge came out and said that he can now stay. The attitude is very good, but there is no explanation or apology. However, the traffic around the people is very large, the personnel are very mixed, and it is necessary to pay special attention to safety. There are advantages and disadvantages for taking children to travel. Hotel health is not up to standard, cleaning is not clean, it is hard to imagine European standards. Hotel hardware facilities are also general. To the hotel ***agement who might have the chance to browse this comment, please double check your hotel policies on children before making it public. Simply saying we refuse you to check in because you have two kids with you seems very rude and inhu***e. Your staff cited the reason of SECURITY to refuse the check-in of children is very ridiculous, however, this is not the point. The point is that you should publicize it in advance, instead of annoucing ”all children are welcome”but when children come, you start to say ” no, you are not welcome”.

Located in the center, the surrounding dining is convenient; the sanitary environment is good; the facilities are also good, the room size is too small. The breakfast is full, and there is bubble water, unlimited drinks.

We have been travelling around Europe for a few weeks. For the last 2 nights we have been staying at the moxy in lille.. . Fantastic hotel. Very funky decor. From check in to check out the staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly.. great rooms. Very comfortable bed, lovely shower, love the express breakfast it's a great idea.. great location easy walk to many restaurants and bars.. if you are visiting lille this is a great place to stay..

We were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered. Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.
