Solo traveller, enjoyed a queen sized bed. Cleanliness of the room on entering is good, daily cleaning service provided. Location is convenient, with metro station less than 5 mins walk. Wide available options for food & drinks, including multiple malls within 10 mins walk. Friendly reception service, and approachable. Self-service laundry available. Room heating is well functioning for cold winter of 5ºC to -5ºC.

They gave us free early check in. Eventough we can't understand each other language, but they so helpfull. The room have enough space, the bed is comfy, hot water, aircon, local tv. But the main selling point is their location that very close to Tianjin Ancient Cultural Street. The only minus that it's a bit far to walk from metro station. But you can take didi to any tourism spot in the city, since it's central location

Due to a sudden trip to Beijing, I had the pleasure of enjoying a weekend staycation at the Four Seasons Tianjin once again. This time, I opted for a new package on Ctrip, which proved to be delightful. The room was immaculate, the facilities were well-organized, and the food was delicious. the location was really good and the facilities were nice. it was closer to 奥城商业广场 thus you can have your meals over there. i would love to stay again in that hotel :)

We appreciated Kurt Han and Emily's attentive assistance at the front desk throughout our stay. They not only arranged for us to stay on a non-smoking floor, but he also upgraded one of our rooms to a river view, improving our journey with beautiful surroundings. Given that we were traveling with elderly family members, Han and Emily went above to locate both rooms on the same floor, making our movements much easier!

Room is small but clean, I only manage to open one luggage at one time, just book bigger room if you need bigger space. Breakfast is simple, can just skip it. Location is very good, there are many museums and eatery places nearby.

(Review from a foreigner) This hotel, located near the airport, offers large rooms perfect for a comfortable night's sleep after a late arrival. Surrounding are shoplots from my room I can see car repair shops, small businesses but I didn’t get to explore more. While the staff's English proficiency is limited, they are accommodating and willing to help with guest needs. Overall, this hotel is a practical choice for travelers seeking a restful stay with close proximity to the airport.

Hotel location, room size and cleanliness is good. The only thing I wish to highlight is the air conditioning (which I was told it only blow hot air during winter, I stayed during late Oct), room became very hot to sleep at night. I didn't want to open the window as my room is facing a main road and the traffic noise can be disturbing at night. Suggest to reinstate proper air conditioning instead of trying to go green in the way wrong.
