Dryer in laundry does not work, clothes left spinning for two hours but still wet. When staff was informed to put up sign it is working they just insisted it works and walk away.

Great hotel. Very clean and hygienic. Modern amenities. Enthusiastic staff. Helpful staff. Great price performance ratio. Ample parking. Breakfast is basic but decent.

設施：酒店品質不錯，裝修檔次屬於中高檔了
衞生：房間衞生很乾凈，客房主管還專門複查了一遍
服務：服務非常棒，點名表揚前台姑娘古珊，入住時介紹了很多貼心的服務，還特意給安排了景觀非常好的山景房，中間有一些小插曲，但古珊姑娘非常及時耐心的溝通處理，給這個前台姑娘對客服務點贊，希望店長和經理能看到表揚下。
房間需要水和拖鞋也及時安排送到，這次行程安排比較緊，麗江沒有玩夠，下次來還會選擇這個店。

在麗江書香心泊酒店住的這兩晚上是我來雲南旅遊十多天以來入住體驗最好的一次，相較於其他酒店而言，這家酒店從服務體驗，房間內的設施、面積以及早餐質量等等都挺不錯的，推薦給大家，以作參考。

入住時升級到了雪景房，景色非常好，在房間就能看到玉龍雪山。酒店位置優越，交通便利，位置很好繁華，出行方便，門口有停車位非常方便。酒店大堂簡潔大氣，佈局合理，前台效率高，周到。房間採光好，明亮，安靜，衞生很乾凈，床墊很舒服，出水快，水温好，網速快，強力推薦！
