My Love Inn

Before the epidemic, I visited Shuhe during my trip to Yunnan and was amazed by Wu Aitang Inn. It was November, and the room was wrapped in layers of green banana leaves, and the breeze sprinkled tiny bits of sunshine in the forest. The light in the room was hazy and beautiful, and I saw the century-old wisteria in the courtyard. I decided to come and see it during the blooming season. I didn’t expect that the epidemic would last three years. Fortunately, the beautiful owner worked hard to persevere and the renovation was getting better and better! The room is still so clean and beautiful, each room has its own characteristics, the courtyard is still shaded by greenery, a few domestic squirrels are chasing and playing on the catalpa tree, and the fat white cat named Wangcai is lazily basking in the sun and licking it as you like. The hundred-year-old wisteria creeping all over the courtyard, hanging from the roof to the ground and water, is absolutely beautiful! Several koi carps in the pond have given birth to their own babies, and they are leisurely and leisurely. In the yard, the purple catalpa tree, which is taller than the house, has bloomed pink and tender. I sit at the big table in front of the large glass window in the hall, drinking tea brewed by the elegant and beautiful boss, chatting and eating with travelers from all over the world. The various seasonal vegetarian dishes prepared by the boss himself are so peaceful and quiet over time. Once you stay here, you won’t want to leave. I think it’s the most beautiful, stylish and atmospheric B&B, and I will come back again!

This inn was recommended by a friend who stayed there. It is in Shuhe Ancient Town. The owner is a Buddhist. The small courtyard is very quiet and clean. It is a two-entry courtyard full of wisteria flowers. There is also a pond in the front yard and a small courtyard. It is about 300 meters away from the east gate of Shuhe Ancient Town and very close to Sifang Street. The chef who picked us up was very considerate and helped carry our luggage to the room. He also turned on the heating and electric mattress in advance. The boss lady got up early to make it for us in the morning. Delicious breakfast. It's a pity that we only stayed for one night after returning from Dali. Then we hurried to Lugu Lake in the morning. We must stay a few more days next time we come.

I stayed at this accommodation for 2 nights in different rooms and each room had its own charm. The charm of this room comes from the windows on all sides. Not only can you see the serene surroundings from anywhere in the room, but the direction of light changes depending on the time of day, which also changes the atmosphere of the room. I really enjoyed the experience of sitting on a bean bag in the room and enjoying the beauty. The Buddhist-style breakfast was also very delicious. The portions were plentiful and the explanation of the food was friendly. It was even better to have breakfast while looking at the beautiful garden. Lastly, before checking out, the owner served Yunnan tea in a traditional Chinese way, which was a truly beautiful experience. This accommodation made me want to visit Lijiang again just for the sake of it. I really recommend it to anyone going to Lijiang.

You can see the boss's attention to details everywhere, and the environment is elegant. It truly retains the architectural style of traditional Bai residences without adding height to increase the reception capacity. With the elderly and children, everyone likes it here very much

Very pleasantly surprised, it happened to be the rainy season in Lijiang. In the house, listening to the rain hitting the banana trees is so romantic and comfortable. The inn is like another world in Shuhe. The host, Sister Jixiang, is very tasteful. I am grateful to her for presenting such good works to us. We will come again.

Destined people will meet again. On a spring day when the wisteria flowers were in bloom, I spent another weekend at Wuai Tang. The proprietress Jixiang is still so beautiful and quiet, the housekeeper is still taciturn and down-to-earth, and every corner is peaceful and beautiful. Shuhe in spring is so beautiful that I am speechless. I have fallen in love with it.

The B&B is very artistic, clean and convenient. The proprietress is very nice. You can drink tea and chat in the lobby and enjoy the scenery. There are also little squirrels everywhere. I especially like the bananas in her courtyard. It’s great to take photos and check in.
