1. The front desk did not fully understand the redemption of Ctrip member rights. Ctrip members felt like they were being given alms for using room upgrade privileges. The words were very uncomfortable. The general meaning was that if you were given a room upgrade, you had to give a good review (if the hotel did not want to upgrade the guests, it could not sign up for this privilege to avoid unnecessary trouble); 2. During the meal the next day, it was about 9 o'clock in the morning. Several sisters were in the hall and loudly recalled the problem of receiving fried dough sticks. Secondly, another big problem in the restaurant was that there were different degrees of yellow oil stains on the bottom of the plates that were not washed clean. I took 4 plates and finally picked out only 1 clean one to use. God, even if you can't disinfect the tableware, you should filter the water and wipe it clean; 3. The male staff in professional clothes sat on the sofa in the hall with a laptop to discuss in a meeting, which felt very bad; 4. When checking in, I was not reminded of the check-out time. The room card cover was handwritten with 12:00. Fortunately, when I placed the order, I used the right to delay check-out until 14:00. This is very good. The front desk did not urge me to check out halfway. But the problem came. When I went out in the morning, I was worried that I might not be able to come back at noon due to some emergency, so I put all my luggage in the car. As a result, when I returned to the room to rest at around 1 pm, the cleaning lady had already removed the bedding, which felt very bad. Although there was no room card and no luggage in the room, since I had not returned the room card to check out, should she confirm with me before going in to clean? Or clean after 2 pm (for business travelers, it is very comfortable to come back at noon to wash and rest for a while). 5. The hotel's parking lot should either be well guarded or have a fixed code scan to exit. There were 2 times when the staff were absent from duty and could not open the door in time; 6. Due to the temporary closure of the parking lot fire door due to hotel renovations, the exit could not be found. We met a middle-aged lady in a black business suit in the office who guided us out. Her attitude was very good. Of course, in addition to the above 1-5, the hotel is still very good
