After staying in a mountain view room for three days, the first thing I did when I got up in the morning was to open the curtains to see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and take pictures. In fact, I could enjoy the beautiful scenery of the snow mountain while lying in bed. The hotel has a great sense of design, the indoor and outdoor decorations are beautiful, and the rooms are fully equipped and very comfortable. The hotel's service concept is advanced and the service is very considerate. The hotel will contact the airport in advance to pick up the guests before they arrive. The hotel prepares afternoon tea and evening desserts for the guests every day, and does free laundry for the guests. The service staff are also very polite and responsive to all requests. It is really helpful. They liked it. If any friends come to Lijiang, I recommend this hotel.

Exceeded expectations. Very new hotel, very clean, and high tech. Room size was good, toilet with automated wc. Do note, though, that the glass separating wc and shower is transparent; not convenient for 2 people to use at the same time. The location is in-between Black Dragon Lake and the Water Wheel - both within 5 mins walk. Service was very polite, with complimentary afternoon tea, fruits and pastry.

Choose to stay here because its a new 5stars hotel in the area. It is a really mixed feeling about this hotel. Let me list down the pros/cons. Pro: - right above lijiang ancient town - bed and duvet are super comfortable - they have bidet and heated floor!! 👍🏻 - room interior is beautiful and well equipped. So many free goodies. - the view from breakfast area is AMAZING. On good days You can see the mountain from there - their butler service is SUPER amazing! THANK U LI JIAHAO (and friends!!) for you excellent service during our stay. He is so fast, reliable and attentive. You all are the highlight of my stay in this hotel👍🏻 Cons: - its a physical challenge right from you get of your car. its above lijiang ancient town, so check in/out, go to ancient town or back to the hotel you have to climb/down stairsss. Travel with little kids or elderly? Avoid!! - unstable hot water for shower. The average weather was 1c during our stay, to shower with lukewarm water is a nightmare. - its a really small hotel more like guest house, and our room is near busy street that is very noisy! I can hear car honking even at midnight and as early at 6am😭. - breakfast is average - it was my birthday during my stay. The hotel did not give any attention at all, not even a birthday note, let alone a little cake. Our butler help my husband went buy cake late at night so I can have a little celebration 😅😅 - in my opinion it is more suitable to be called 4stars hotel. And price is too high I expect more benefits like any other 5stars hotels, yet other 5stars hotel price is 1/3 less (beside Amandayan obviously) compare to this hotel. Conclusion: I enjoyed my stay. But will not return here for my next trip.

I stayed at Aman for three nights. The hotel is located on the top of the Lion Mountain. It has an excellent viewing platform where you can have a panoramic view of the ancient city of Lijiang at night. The hotel has a small door next to Wenchang Palace, and you can walk directly to the lively Sifang Street in the center of the ancient city at the foot of the mountain. Before check-in, the housekeeper added WeChat to help me report my license plate number. After check-in, the RR manager also took us to visit the hotel and arranged a Naxi fire pit dinner. It was a very good experience. All the staff in the hotel are very warm and considerate. They will also thoughtfully send menus for breakfast and go there after making arrangements. All in all, everything was very comfortable and I would choose this place again next time I go there.

Although there is a team here, the hotel we were given was very quiet. s room. We also specially arranged that you can see the snow in the room. The room is very comfortable and hygienic. If you have nothing to do, you can drink tea in the room and watch the snow-capped mountains and have a good rest. If you like quiet, I recommend staying here in the off-season. The price-performance ratio is great! There are a lot of calligraphy and paintings in the hotel that are worth mentioning. I personally like them more. I can only say that they are so right. The location is perfect, a short walk to Lijiang old town and black dragon pool. The breakfast was good, and starts at 630, good for early birds like me. The laundry service is great, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The only thing that could be improved is the room service menu. There’s a small English menu and a bigger Chinese menu. When I called to order a salad I was told there wasn’t any, and no English food only Chinese food. The only problem with that is the Chinese menu is only in Chinese. So I ordered wai mai.

A cosy and comfortable B&B, with lots of amenities inside the rooms. They offered airport pickup, a simple but filling breakfast daily, afternoon tea daily, and a dessert soup daily. Staff is very attentive towards your needs and will help you plan your travel itinerary. They helped us book a private tour of Yulong Snow Mountain making it a really hassle free travel experience for us. A big advantage of this accomodation is that it is located right next door to Heilongtan Park which is incredibly scenic and we took many photos by drone at sunrise and afternoon. The B&B is located a comfortable and quiet walk upstream from the Old City of Lijiang making it super convenient to visit the city. Some cons to this B&B is that for the Family Suite which we stayed in there was no doors separating the one bathroom and main bedroom, and there was a bit of noise coming from the AC at night, although they did provide us with earplugs.
