梁河馨怡酒店第一感覺是管理規範、綜合服務質量高的酒店。位置在鬧市中，交通便利，周邊也有不少賓館。酒店有室內外停車場，停車方便。前台接待態度好，客房環境安靜，卧具乾淨舒適，衞生間設施好用，熱水充足。餐廳服務熱心，早餐豐富可口。梁河馨怡酒店客房價位低，性價比很高，推薦住宿。

是一家非常恐怖的酒店，大家看看圖片，這是酒店的315客房，衞生間的百葉窗居然是向下的，衞生間的寬度太約1米左右，站在外面從上往下能直接看到客人在洗澡，我們發現問題後跟酒店提出，酒店給我們換了一個房間，一個小時後，我們路過315客房，居然又讓客户住了，發現問題不去解決，還在繼續坑客户，讓客户在暴光的情況下洗澡，不知道酒店想幹什麼，這家酒店在介紹中説開業到現在沒裝修過，那這麼多年一直在讓顧客洗澡暴光，想想都後怕，這家酒店不能再住了，第二天一大早退房

太棒了，性價比很高。環境優雅，設施齊全有檔次，內外環境安靜，86元還有兩份早餐，鮮肉餌絲很贊。最好的是還有大平台可以晾啥衣服，一看老闆就是大氣講究，卧具都是店裡自己洗，晾曬平台還有防風防雨的設施，真的是一級棒。散步的距離就可以去勐底金塔和彩虹路。距離南甸小鎮也很近，總之，本人感覺超級的好，為此多住了幾天。以後再去梁河馨怡酒店是不二的選擇。

入住當天晚上酒店老闆口頭答應我繼續住就按我訂單價計算，後來我連續住了10天，兩個房間哦（一個房間10天），誰知道最後結賬翻臉沒有説過，不可能按訂單價111元/晚（網上我提前預訂比較便宜），要按門店價168元/晚，老闆你要是早説不可以我就換酒店或者我自己網上下單了，你這是多大的坑啊？我兩個房間啊大哥！這是在梁河住得最可氣的一家酒店，從來我都沒有點評的，這真是令人噁心的老闆，以後都不會住這家酒店！沒誠信可言！就為了賺多點1千幾百，就丟了誠信！！！！還用兩個手機號輪流打電話來，發短訊威脅，這種就是上億資產的氣度嗎？就連推遲一點退房都需要錢，眼裡都是錢的老闆！丟了雲南人的誠信！！！！

雲南邊境線自駕50天，這是住的性價比最高的酒店。一是價格低。普通標準間在去哪網定的價格是103元（比**網低）包含早餐。由於臨近五一，縣城所有酒店的價格都有所上漲，好在這家酒店漲的不多，原來是90多元。二是配套好。酒店有免費停車位（帶頂棚，避免暴曬或淋雨）有電梯，衞生間是坐便，還有大瓶的洗沐用品。房間設施傢俱齊全，便於放置多件行李。空調具有冷熱功能，而且很靜音。三是服務優。房間乾淨整潔，保潔人員及時打掃，並每天放置免費的礦泉水四瓶和獨立包裝的小餅乾和糖果，非常贊👍🏻。酒店每個樓層的走廊還點有驅蚊器。四是早餐不錯。有米線，餌絲，麪條，酸奶，小饅頭，豆漿，油條塊，稀飯，玉米，白水蛋，熱菜2種，涼菜1個，水果3種（西瓜、沃柑，聖女果）吃飽沒問題。五是位置好。酒店離金塔景區和南甸宣撫司署都很近，走路幾分鐘就到，而且酒店周邊吃飯的地方也比較多，非常方便。六是寵物友好。在保證狗狗不會吵到酒店其他客人和毀壞傢俱用品後，可以帶狗狗入住。以後有機會還會來這家酒店住，很滿意的一次入住體驗。對了，酒店服務員和保潔員的態度也很贊👍🏻
