房間寬敞乾淨。服務員態度也很好，剛到拉薩。有點疲勞。服務員還給送來的蘋果，真是雪中送炭！解渴又解乏，小建議水瓶兒太小了，不夠喝

位置旺中帶靜，去主要景點打車都是10多元，房間寬敞明亮陽光充足，最喜歡大大的落地窗外山景很美，性價比高值得推薦。酒店服務人員態度都很好，管家加了微信每天發訊息關心我們的健康情況，清潔阿姨033態度好衞生搞得很乾凈。美中不足就是供氧時間是晚上10點至凌晨2點，我們第一天到拉薩是衝著24小時供氧，打算留在房間裏觀景喝茶等度過高反才出門的，後來攜程和酒店溝通後送了氧氣，為攜程和酒店的服務點贊👍🏻

一無是處的酒店，別選！！！回到拉薩選擇了這家酒店，據稱標註的是四星級，但個人認為完全沒有達到應有的水平，服務水平超級差勁，酒店環境很一般，隔音效果很差勁，慎選。
1、酒店在攜程上留的聯繫電話完全無人接聽，酒店位置在最裡麪很不好找。
2、到酒店後搬行李，酒店工作人員完全無視你，在我問行李車你們是否需要一會拿下來，直接給我説你自己放上面就行，完全沒有想要給我推上去。
3、酒店隔音非常差，隔壁打電話就跟吵架一樣清晰可見。
4、在我還未退房的情況下，酒店工作人員就來打開我房門要求打掃衞生，真的很棒哦，是在趕客人吧。
5、前台明知自駕的情況，並未告知出門需要登記車牌號，導致我後續因為要趕時間，無法再開進貴賓樓而多付了25元停車費，超級差評！！！

衞生：希望再改進，某些地方有毛髮未清理。
環境：窗外風景賞心悦目。
服務：前台服務有問必答，有求必應。
免費彌散供氧服務:氧氣很充足，時間是晚8點至夜裡2點，如果能延長到清早更好。
藏裝自拍體驗:因本人高反嚴重，未預約未體驗。

冬遊西藏，選擇這家四星級賓館絕對沒有錯，包含早餐還不到 250 還要啥自行車？房間衞生乾淨，自動窗簾打開就是雪山，每天醒來都是美滋滋的！優點很多，缺點也有，早餐很差勁，本來第一次來拉薩飲食就不太習慣寄託早餐吃飽點，沒啥熱菜，沒有麪包，充其量温飽型，餓不死，希望管理人員看到能不能改進些！！！
