我昨晚上住宿到早上離店完全沒有碰過電話機 我不知道你們是怎麼查的房 而且電話機完全我用不上 別上一個住宿人員破壞的東西賴在我頭上 如果是我個人弄壞的 今早走之前我就説了沒必要一聲不吭就走了 如果是我個人弄壞的該賠就賠 不是我個人弄壞的絕對不會進行賠付的 實在不行報警處理吧 電話機上應該指紋的可以直接選擇報警處理

這個環境和價格完全不匹配，房間小的可憐，很老的裝修，房間裏連桌子都沒有一張，電視機支架也是爛的，電視機自己會往下掉，前台做事還死板，本來是要住到26日不想換酒店的，正好前台操作錯誤把我的房給退了，還改不了，要我自己去和平台溝通，正好就換一家咯
