Isn't it an ordinary shop in Vienna where I stayed? The soundproofing of the room is very poor, there is a KTV on the second floor, it can be noisy until 2 o'clock on weekdays. The performance of some staff at the front desk is not very professional, and the check-in experience is very average. There is a large ”Compensation List” on the table in the guest room. It feels like I have traveled back to the guest house 20 years ago... After the guest room was cleaned, I didn't even put a comb, alas.
