Staff in office very helpful an nice . Breakfast was good . But the cleaning staff is the worst rude not helpful very mean . Don’t appreciate them waiting at door for you to check out yell at you follow you around .

I always stay here when I visit family.
Stayed 2 nights this visit My king bed had 3 different pillows which was a great idea to me...I could choose my comfort level. The curtain did not want to close all the way so I weighted it down with a bath towel and my toilet was loose. Only 2 things I would fix in room 102. All 3 staff members I talked with were friendly.

It had roaches, no elevator. We had to take my elderly mother up outdated stairs because they claimed they had no downstairs rooms. I said well that’s not good. The host ignored me and started helping someone else. A roach was seen behind the tv. The maid came to our door twice 30 minutes before check out.

During check in staff member was rude and short tempered. I felt like i had inconvenienced her trying to check in my room. Room was ok. Bathroom felt dingy and dirty. Price was ok. I was awoken at 12:49 am to loud music outside my room. Someone was sitting in their vehicle running playing music for over an hour. Hotel staff didnt ask them to turn it down or leave. Will not be staying at this property again.

So disgusting! There was someone’s black hair on the bed still. There was dirt, hair and dead bug(s) under the mattress. The shower curtain was nasty. There was mold and yellow stains on the box spring. The ac/heater smelled gross when we used it. Awful experience

Good for a nights sleep but not much more than that! Under the bed was covered in animal hair and the bathroom is outdated. Staff was friendly and location was easy to get to! It said they have free breakfast and they do not! Only juice available.
