I stayed for the second time in an Ibis Hotel that needs major refurbishment. It is dated back to the 80s. The rooms are so dreary. It is really disappointing. The customer service is non existent. The breakfast is boring. I think I will need to find a different étape hotel. It says that it is a 3 star hotel. They should be reclassified. The room for €112 a night was really basic. I wanted to have a comfortable double room with a big bed which I got but I did not want to have bank beds also in the room. No coffee or tea maker. No UBS plug in the room. The bathroom has dispensers but no soap in them. When I checked in, the receptionist never asked me for any identification, just my name. The hotel has no lift and my room was on the second floor. What about if a disabled person book the same room?? Staffs were not putting themselves to ask if I needed anything like where to eat for dinner . Breakfast, no ambiance, poor selection. All in all not a pleasant stay.

The two different men at reception (evening and morning) were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, beds comfortable and despite being on the ground floor and facing the road, we never heard any traffic. Would stay there again next time we travel south.

Clean and quiet hotel. No restaurant but several restaurants are within walking distance. No air conditioning and parking not closed at night. Pleasant staff.

. La note de 1 est pour le lit confortable. Personnel à l’accueil peu motivé et pas souriant. 2 chambres au rez de chaussée en bout de couloir (nous souhaitions du calme et elles le furent). Couloir sale et moquette tachée. Réparations du plafond non refermées. La lumière automatique du couloir ne fonctionnait qu’à l’autre bout, nous avons utilisé la lampe de nos portables pour introduire la carte . Pas de Wifi. Fenêtres pas nettoyées depuis une éternité donnant sur un bout de verdure non entretenu. Le câble permettant de limiter l’ouverture de la fenêtre cassé (chambre 3). Pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs. Salle de douche : traces jaunâtres dans la douche et évacuation de l’eau des lavabos ses 2 chambres poussive. Bref à eviter !
