The hotel is strategically located in the center of Paris. Although the room is clean and tidy, the service is poor. The concierge kept our luggage until we left and asked for it to be delivered to the room before he impatiently agreed. The most interesting thing is that when we left the hotel and went to the airport, a taxi came. The doorman did not allow him to take us. Instead, he called one for us, and then went to Charles de Gaulle Airport and asked us for 80 euros. But the government stipulates 65 euros on the left bank and 56 euros on the right bank. So, is Mandarin 13,000 RMB a night a shady hotel? I definitely won’t stay there again, because compared to the Intercontinental I stayed at when I returned to Paris, it was just ****.

The service was incredible. Daniel took our order for breakfast at 6:50, before the kitchen opened at 7, so we could eat before our train. We left our passports in the safe. The MO team saved our trip by overnighting them to us. 10/10 experience! Also, the rooms, bar and restaurant were beautiful!

Wonderful hotel with first class amenities. Obviously pricey, but worth the spend given the other choices in this category. Truly a five star experience with a great location. All staff, especially front desk and bell crew professional and friendly!

From the moment we stepped in to the moment we checked out, everything was done perfectly. Dawey greeted us and checked us in, I’ve never checked in to a hotel while seated down. This was a first! Flowers everywhere were fresh flowers and it smelt wonderful. Spa experience was great and rooms were clean! When I go back to Paris, I’ll definitely stay there again!

Beautiful hotel with excellent service and courteous staff. Location of the hotel is very convenient. Great facilities and very delicious breakfast. Arrival experience made a fantastic first impression. I would like to thank the entire team for a wonderful staf!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. We were greeted by Jiejun Li, the Guest Experience Supervisor, who was extremely gracious and helpful. In fact, she checked on us periodically to make sure we were having a great experience. The suite we were upgraded to was excellent in every way and housekeeping did a great job of keeping it that way. The desk staff, the concierge staff and the bellmen were all very friendly and knowledgeable. They all contributed to the enjoyment of our stay. The only very minor exception was the restaurant staff at breakfast, who were efficient and polite, but certainly not very friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in this price range.

The staff and the team at the hotel are very helpful and very warm. They made the experience very flawless right from the time of check in. Breakfast was delicious and i didn't feel like to leave the room :) I had my flight early morning and had to check out, but hotel made me comfortable by offering tea and some snacks as i was waiting in the lobby and also helped me to get cab for the airport at 3am. Its the people who make the brand up to the mark

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, few meters away from place Vendôme and Chanel historic headquarters. The garden is really magnificent, it is very pleasant to take your breakfast outside on the terrace. The team was very helpful with our requests. We had a wonderful stay. We'll definitely come back.
