My first thing was I wasn't please that I had to pay $100 deposit because I lived in one of the three surrounding areas. And then was told that it would be reimbursed if there was no problems but then seven days. If I give you $100 to stay the night at your hotel the next day when you find that there's nothing wrong with your room I should get my money back the next day not within 7 days! I requested a late check out as we didn't need to be any place until 1:00, was told they didn't know if they could accommodate that. Get into the room to turn on the refrigerator and there's dirty towels in the refrigerator. Other than that the room was clean. Went to the pool, no towels in the pool area except for dirty towels, requested more towels we did obtain those. The chlorine was so intense we weren't able to swim very long and the person not swimming, was overtaken by the chlorine time in the pool short. And ultimately we came for the indoor pool totally misled totally disappointed, as Lawrence has many other choices. The area seemed safe enough, had a few Extended Stay guests. Up this morning, to go take a dip in the pool, we find all of the dirty towels from yesterday still there. The gentleman that was at the front desk this morning was considerably nice.
