Wonderful location. Quiet and kids love the pool. Reception are friendly.

Free parking with easy access to highway, only 30 minutes to downtown Montreal.

Not at all up to Holiday inn standards. Old furniture, the single seater sofa in the room had stains on it and very old. Old, scratched furniture and room looked gloomy. Not at all like other Holiday Inn I have stayed at.

This suite is great! The induction cooker cooks very quickly, and the large table is super nice: very convenient for eating and working! The bathroom door is next to the bed, which is a little weird!

This is my first time staying in the hotel. There is no bottled water in the hotel. I have to buy all the water myself. It’s very biased and the experience is not good👎

The first room we were given had an open window with no crank. We were immediately given a new room. This new room seemed fine until we went to the washroom. The fil mechanism made a weird noise while filing for about 2 minutes after each flush.

The price was too high for the quality of this hotel.The gym was so hot and was smelling really bad.

Was here for a business stay, room was cleaned everyday, beds were comfortable. I was impressed by the breakfast options at the downstairs restaurant and dinner at Chez Lionel, both were significantly better than any hotel restaurant of this star level. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Holiday Inn Laval - positive, excellent stay Hotel honored request for room location. Reception very friendly & helpful, especially Linda. Housekeeping was flawless. Carpet somewhat dated, but clean. Overall stay very satisfied. Would stay there again.

No safe for my personal stuff, no water pressure at the shower, and pool remains closed for week’s day!!!

Although the rooms and washrooms are dated they are useable and clean. Bedding sheets and pillows where comfy. Only complaint is the pool was out of service during our 4 day stay.

The pool wasn’t working but the gave us hot breakfast which made up for it! Delicious! Great service and clean

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The elevator is relatively slow. Room is not very spacious but you got what your paid for. We are satisfied with our choice.

The room was no clean and the carpets are look very old and not clean. No complementary break fast provided. For the price I paid it is not worth.
