老小區裏，房子老設施老，有電梯，停車場要收費，屋子看起來還比較乾淨，但廁所沒窗户有股味道，洗澡洗頭洗手液的罐子都是空的，冰箱洗衣機都有，空調衹有客廳有。

都挺好，唯一的不足是，整個房子衹有一個掛機空調，兩個房間沒空調，入住當日超熱，空調形同虛設！
如果不熱的天氣，強烈推薦。如果天熱就算了。

位置很好 適合自由行的，離中山橋很近，房子有一間卧室窗户對着廚房的，主卧室很好，有大陽台方便晾曬。

入住的時候門口的保安盤問溝通半天才讓把車開進去，停了兩天，出來時態度巨差，收了40停車費。房間衞生不太好，茶几都是黏黏的，地面也不乾淨，陽台地板一層灰。如果是請的保潔收拾的衞生，我覺得你們可以考慮換人了。。。位置很好，鄰近中山橋，周邊吃飯購物也方便。入住期間廚房沒電了，燃氣熱水器不能用，房東大姐挺熱情的，找了維修工人很快修好。

如果沒猜錯的話，這個以前是自住房，進了房間後有一種家的感覺，並且地理位置很好，離地鐵口特別近，價格便宜實惠，房間乾淨衞生，並且罰單人很好，如果之後我在西關住民宿的話，我覺得還可以住這個

整體還行，就是廁所水池下水不暢，電視無法觀看，再就是填了一個所謂的承諾書。。。説是公安部門備查。。。第一次住民宿遇到這樣的問題，全是單方面賠償協議，如果真的是房東各方面設備設施都很完善，也無可厚非！但是畢竟現狀也就勉勉強強，何必要這樣呢！
