從進入酒店大堂開始，都是挺高興的，結果第一天起床之後，服務員過來打掃衞生，因為人在衞生間，所以讓稍等一下過來打掃，之後我們就出去辦事，晚上回來發現房間沒有打掃。第二天早上，因為前天沒有打掃，所以牙膏用完了，給客房服務要求送牙具過來，一共用了25分鐘，主要原因是因為服務員在其他房間打掃衞生，打掃完之後到我們這邊來給我牙具的同時，要打掃我房間衞生，耽誤我很長時間，而且在這住了三天，打掃了兩次房間，衞生間的廁紙不換的嗎？這麼大的個五星級酒店，打掃衞生的話，連桌子都不擦，上面的灰是非常厚的。我們同行一共開了兩間房間，在不同樓層，別的樓層都很好，就我住的這15樓非常非常差，體驗感非常糟糕。

酒店非常好，性價比高，服務彬彬有禮，還送了水果，床品舒適，兩米大床很寬敞。整體環境都是很好，會再來。隔音是一般，可接受，關上窗户應該還好的。
