I have a long list of complaints from my one night stay. In short, the room was uninhabitable and the staff would not give me another one.
This is a place that has gone to weekly rentals and is housing disadvantaged people for the county. They should not be on *******.
Broken windows, unsafe neighborhood, reduced office hours (11am to 7pm only), the suite kitchen was empty of utensils or pans, no soap, and brown mud (or worse, I didn't check) smeared all over the insides of a closet. And the lobby was being repair from some break-in that happened earlier in the week when I arrived.
I refused to stay the second and third night of my pre-paid booking. ******* repeated contact for days and only when I got home did they finally get the manager. Who refused to refund me any of my pre-paid fee.
******* was great to work with, but this hotel is the worst.
I instead got a rental car and went to Boulder early, spending a wonderful weekend based out of the Hyatt there.
