五一臨時定了野三坡出行，由於去年的暴雨，對這邊影響挺大，很多景點沒開，所以今年五一人不算多，臨時定也有房間，價格還能接受。 先説位置。下了高速需要走一段山路，還算好開，而且路都恢復修好了。 環境：酒店整體環境乾淨整潔，服務人員也很熱情，臨走還送了地方特產核桃，很好吃。 設施：酒店有游泳池，但是氣温還不允許。免費的項目有沙坑，小動物園（雞鴨鵝羊孔雀鴕鳥），户外活動設施。收費的有，泳池裡有皮划艇，人挺多的，做手工什麼的。感覺設施一般吧，有點敷衍。 早餐包含在房費裏面，感覺一般般。就沒有花錢買自助晚餐，出去吃的。 總的來説呢，跟標準星級酒店還有差距。但開在景區裏，節假日這個價位，性價比就算可以了。

五一全家出遊，野三坡一日遊體檢，找賓館這東西也需要閤眼緣，一眼看上去阿爾卡迪亞應該是周邊條件最好的賓館，果斷定了，入住，酒店條件非常好，當天入住應該是滿客，人特別多，但管家王利人真的是太好了，前台掃碼加了微信，有問必答，服務熱情周到，有求必應，臨走還送了兩箱核桃，免了孩子的早餐費，省時，省力，省錢。我認為也是野三坡首選

環境沒的説，儘管受泥石流影響還沒全部抹去，但是絲毫不影響住店者的心情！ 我還想誇誇這家酒店的服務，非常貼心到位，熱情是他們的專享詞。特別是董仲梅、董小女兩位客服服務員，幹活非常麻利！還有劉凡劉老師，從道路推薦，到房型的介紹、還有解決一層衞生間異味換氣扇的問題都親力親為，感覺像回到了自己家裡。 美中不足就是院內太多的澆灌皮管，推輪椅特別不方便，還望考慮坐輪椅的長者的出行便利性。

訂之前以為房間裏會有浴缸，結果到了發現衞生間很小，設施很老舊，也沒有浴缸，孩子們有些失望，還好和前台申請了一個小童浴盆，兩歲的寶寶可以滿足泡澡的要求了！ 早晨的自助餐很差，幾乎沒什麼可吃的。 室外泳池很大，也很漂亮，但是還下不了水，孩子們撈魚撈的很開心，有一小塊沙池可以挖沙子，一個小滑梯，室外小童的遊樂設施很簡陋，室內小童樂園也僅適合兩三歲的寶寶玩。 總之孩子玩的還可以，但是跟我想的差距有點遠，配套設施很差，服務質量總體還不錯，所以我給4分
