I have no complaint about the rooms and food. What I do have a complaint about is the fact there is NO service to help you get from hotel to airport AND on arrival NO ONE helped us with all our luggage to the room. We fly business class, which meant 2 checked and two carry-on per person. We had to battle getting all our luggage up to the 3rd floor ourself. Then again up to 5th floor to the room. At the first floor which I assume is not part of the hotel, was a very unfriendly, unhelpful man. The next morning we had an early check out as our flight left early, the hotel told us no one can help us get the luggage to the airport side. Eventually we asked if we could use one of the big hotel trolleys. Reluctantly we were informed only if we bring it back! In this regard, I found the hotel unfriendly for business and international travellers. I would advise to look at hotels who offer this service as the hotel staff doesn't seem to understand the frustrations with flying and the stress the travellers go through.
