Lovely clean & comfortable hotel with excellent food! On the edge of the old town so central for either old or new town. Short walk to the beach. We didn't plan on eating in at the hotel but it was so nice we only ate out once! Beds were comfy & we felt very well looked after at all times. Staff were welcoming & friendly . David was there to entertain day & night & provided plenty of good humour. Would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Rh royal meals where ok .the bar poor quality of beer seems flat.entertament Butlins in the 70s.day of leaving no room to shower or get changed.had to get changed in the disabled toilet.plus rooms where clean and tidy.no pool table.swimming pool good size .hotel central for all entertainment

Second time around. First time was five star. I went back because I am gluten free and vegetarian and this hotel catered for me to a high standard, sadly not as good this time. Organising gluten free meals was initially more difficult. I had to speak with several people and order my meals for the whole week, where as previously it was the night before. One evening I was forgot about and after 20 minutes I had to ask again, the food was lovely but 30 minutes by the time I ate. Another night it was cold and another just warm. My husband felt the quality of food had deteriorated and speaking to other guests they agreed. I need to mention the person who made a massive difference last year was Rosa and I was so sad she was not there this year, having said that she appeared on my last day and again made a massive difference. She is an absolute star. The hotel was very comfortable and everyone was very nice and friendly. The safe is free toileteries are provided and pool tools also but I think you need to hire them. The room was spotless and cleaned every day. I need to mention David the animation team, he is absolutely fantastic and a great asset to the hotel.

This is our 2nd stay at this lovely hotel situated close to the fabulous Old Town. Everything about our stay has been as lovely as our first stay which was in 2022. All of the staff are welcoming and lovely and a pleasure to speak with. The food is delicious although I cannot report on desserts as we don't eat them. We are on our final couple of days of our holiday on this occasion and we will be sad to leave. We will definitely return.

Very clean hotel, our room was a great size and again spotless, the hotel is located near the old town but also only a 10-15 minute walk to the new town. we upgraded to all inclusive when we arrived and found the reception staff lovely and very helpful the bar staff were also friendly and we felt welcome. The drink choice was good except no mojitos included on the all inc The restaurant was good and food was lovely the only one problem was a rude young lady that was a chef she massively let the team down, she slammed food on the plate and rolled her eyes at me if I asked for bacon well done, she was also rude when I pointed out some chicken that wasn’t right. All other staff chefs and waitresses were so nice and helpful. The old town is lovely and would definitely return, but the ***** in new town has changed for the worst unfortunately.

We have just came back home after having a great stay at the r h royal.we were there for ten nights and the staff are very nice and can’t do enough for you from cleaners to all the staff in the restaurant and reception all are lovely .the meals are all delicious and plenty of choice.the barmen are all very professional and are all very friendly.David the entertainment keeps everyone happy and is halarious great fun we had a great time Thankyou to everyone.

Staff friendly, good choice of meals in the restaurant, animation guy tries hard, a little TLC around the rooms would help, no long mirror in the room was a bit disappointing, every lady likes to know how she looks when dressing, 2 single beds pushed together ( not zipped) does not constitute a double, the lift could use a little attention, when waiting to come down in an evening, one never knew where it actually was, and therefore how long it was likely to take. Generally the hotel was very pleasant and good value, but maybe showing its age a little

Fabulous week in the sun in April. This was our first trip to Benidorm and we loved it and the RH Royal. Everything that previous reviews have said about the friendly staff is true and a special shout out to David who is great fun and brings people together. The food is excellent and the hotel is perfectly located for the old town and tapas alley. We have already booked again for June 24.

This is a small hotel with excellent friendly staff . All areas are kept spotless rooms spacious with comfortable beds. Food is of high standard with a good selection . Most of the residents were of an elderly age a**osphere relaxed and laid back not suitable for families better going to the sister hotel princesses close by I’ve just rebooked for next year many thanks for a lovely 7 days
