Bed was rock hard, 2 pillows provided but also not comfy at all. It was clean, limited parking. Apparently everyone visiting the room needs to have their ID registered with front desk even if they're not staying there, weird.

The old saying "You get what You pay for." is in play here, not a bad thing either, I would say price matches comforts here.
The room is small, the facilities are basic; Fridge, bathroom w/Shower & Microwave.
Wifi holds up nicely even with two laptops in proximity to each other and the staff are accommodating.
Overall; I approve.

Ive been here several times and it seems very difficult for them to receive paid reservations beford arriving and after as well. Good room when i wasn't allowed to.stay
I was tossed out after i waiting at 12 am.
When it was very cold and really cold later. And the hosts didn't care to assist when and shoved me out because my payment was made w hotels already. Verified fund too.
There was no reservations in my name

Customer Service is terrible. Younger man that was there checking us in has no people skills, is rude as well as condescending. Treats people like garbage and needs to work in a different type of environment. if you don’t like helping people then you definitely need to find another job. Loved staying here but unfortunately after the last interaction will no longer be coming back.
