This was a beautiful resort! Everything was wonderfu the food options were great. The staff was amazing . The pools were very clean and the water activities were awesome. The only thinkg that i didnt really like was the sea water by the resort. I stayed in bavaro before and the water was crystal clear. In la ramano ot is cloudy because the river flows into the sea and its not clear

The resort was always very clean and staff were friendly and making sure you had everything you needed. Multiple entertainment and activities throughout the day for travelers of all ages. The beach area was nice however the water was murky and preferred the pool for swimming due to this.

The entertainment staff was amazing! Staff on the resort were super friendly and helpful. Excursions offered at the resort were great. They suggested 2 based on what we wanted and they were worth it.
The water at the beach isnt always clear due to nearby river, but its a beautiful area. The rooms could use an update with more outlets and in the bathroom. However, rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Always found something good to eat at the buffet and really enjoyed the Italian restaurant

Ice only at bar? No ice machines by rooms. Language barrier was substantial. No food available after 9:30 till morning buffer opens. Only one bar open after 9:30 in lobby. Food at the buffet was the best I’ve ever had. Cleanliness was excellent. The pool bar crew was the best fun Warm water in rooms not hot for shower.

Very quiet for resting after working hard at home. Food is great and healthy choices as well. The wrap around swimming 🏊♀️ pool is awesome and very clean. Staff is amazing, you will be proud of tipping. Pay attention ⛔️ that this resort is an1h15 min from airport in punta Cana $125 to get there. I did not like ******* putting up pictures of jet blue water for this property while that is not the case ✅ mostly. We enjoyed the blue ocean on an excursion to saona island 🏝️ please do that one. One more I did not like. There was one day where breakfast closed at 10 and the next restaurant opened at noon. In between they offered sausage and hamburgers 🍔 on a small table. Not exactly a breakfast everyone would envy for a resort of this level

It was a quiet and beautiful resort. The beach was lovely and great dining options.
However, we saw 2 cockroaches in our room, we lost power the final morning for more than 2 hours, the pool water was quite cold and the customer service desk was not very helpful.
The public relations person was helpful.
